I paid with cash and one of the assistants stated a way to pay by way of my insurance that I have, but , at the time did not have the card. So the assistants offered an opportunity for me to go home and register to online SSA account for my account details. And this is how I was able to get my details to pay for my service and be reimbursed my cash. 👏🏼Also, Dr. Chuck Mitchell, DPM was very attentive to my feet and explained everything that was necessary to care for my feet. Dr. Mitchell is excellent. Smart, explains the problem clearly, prescribes various ways to resolve the problem. Completely focussed on you, the patient. He listens attentively. Dr. Mitchells great bedside manner has made him a favorite in my book. He explained everything I needed and wanted to know in detail and in laymans terms. His no pain foot surgery, made it easy for me to heal quickly and without complications. My physical therapy ends with the most wonderful feet massage from his assistant Antoinette. She makes them feel like new feet. Well...... one of them is actually a new improved foot! Lol. Thank you! One Love 💚

My visit to the Mitchell Foot & Ankle center ranks in the top five on my list of best experiences in a doctors office. The staff was very personable, I did not wait long to be seen, the office was very clean and the doctors assistant was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. More importantly the doctor was very transparent and made me feel very comfortable. He also made sure that I received any and all services needed, including the proper molds for my shoes and explained in detail what my insurance would cover. The information he provided was extremely informative because I wasn’t previously informed of the importance of foot health as it relates to diabetes. I was very hesitant about this appointment at first but as a result of the superb care I received, I will be returning again every 3 to 4 months for maintenance and yearly physicals. In the midst of so much uncertainty and lack of adequate medical care during this pandemic, Mitchell Foot & Ankle restored my faith (at least for a time) and really made my day!😀

Ive had Dr. Chuck Mitchell as my Podiatrist for several years, recommended to me by my Primary Care Dr., Mindy A. Schwartz.Dr. Mitchell is friendly, kind and very thorough. If I seemed puzzled or questioned something, he would point to pictures on the wall about my problem for clarification and it always put me at ease.Recently I had toe surgery. Dr. Mitchell became concerned that the continuous sores between the toe could cause infection and wanted to remove a small bone from the toe to eliminate the constant sores. I was scared and worried but again, he reassured me and calmed me. The in office surgical room was impeccable, his assistants professional and helped me stay calm. The surgery was a success.He always scheduled follow-up appointments to make sure each procedures on my feet/toes were doing well.I have to say too that all his Assistants worked well with Dr. Mitchell and always warm and friendly. I was even seen before my appointment time which was extremely good, I don’t enjoy when the doctor is behind with his appointments. Dr. Mitchell is an excellent podiatrist! He and his staff are friendly knowledgeable, and they addressed all of my foot issues. The office is modern and conveniently located in Hyde Park with parking! I highly recommend Dr. Mitchell for any foot problems.

I had never been to a podiatrist and didnt know what to expect. When the nurse asked me to get X rays before seeing the doctor, I was a bit suspicious. However, the films turned out to be quite useful and the care I received, both from a clinical and personal standpoint, was excellent. Dr. Mitchell took his time, was remarkably friendly, but also to the point about what would help. Id recommend this practice to anyone in need of foot care.

The team at Mitchell is wonderful. After a hectic day of teaching I rushed over to my appointment with I find out I was a week early. Not only did they squeeze me in, they were courteous, professional and fun! All of the team is so knowledgeable and Dr. Mitchell offered me guidance I have never received on an ongoing issue. I will send all of my friends to this office and truly appreciate my experience!

Wish I could give this office more than 5 stars because they are very deserving of it! First off, they got me in on such short notice! (same day appointment) I called around 10am and the receptionist who was absolutely amazing got me in for a 1pm appointment as a new patient. From the time I arrived Dr. Mitchell and his entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional, found them by chance but will forever be a patient and will recommend anyone I know to them!
