The staff and nurses were professional & kind, The care was impeccable. Im happy that I decided to do something that I should have done a long time ago. I will be going every 6 weeks until my prognosis is good. Then we can tackle other my other foot issues.

I now live in another state & I missed my appointment & they generously squeezed in the next day & the service was great as usual...

Its truly disheartening to have to write such an unfavorable review of this black owned business thats less than a mile from where I reside but I tried to resolve my issue over the phone and Pam just hung up on me. This type of customer service is unacceptable. I am a medicaid and medicare recipient and I take healthcare seriously so I have a variety of medical appointments from dentistry to primary care physicians to specialist like neurology. I have never received a bill after service without being told upfront what the costs would be if I proceeded. What Pam and JB Jenkins & Associates are telling me is that although I didnt have a co-pay when I went into the office, and I was not informed of how much my routine nail clipping would be, I am required to pay their invoiced amount because they dont receive enough reimbursement from my insurance. It is my belief that they are sending their patients invoices to make up for the amount that they believe they should have been reimbursed from the insurance company. This is totally arbitrary and a poor business practice. As a customer who really wanted to support these services in my community, all I am asking for is transparency. If I am going to receive an invoice then let me know before I use your service so that I can decide if that is something I want to do. The bill was not very high so I believe most people just pay it without saying anything and that allows this business to continue with this bad business practice. When I explained this to Pam, she told me that Dr. Jenkins was not going to change her business practices just because of one dissatisfied person. And that may be true but youve lost a patient and a community supporter and that should be an issue.

The staff was very courteous and attentive and the medical staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Its a pleasure to be there.

I recently had an appointment , I noticed that a patient was sitting in the waiting area with no mask on! I also.noticed that the chairs were spaced apart, there were signs that had x on the seat.of the chair meaning not to sit there, this other male patient ignored the signs and sat where he wanted to.Staff needs to pay attention to the patients who are not following the rules Covid-19 is very real.

Firstly, let me say that I always try to support community healthcare providers when possible especially because there are too few on the south side. The first time I took my husband, who is a diabetic, was a year ago. I was fairly impressed by the service, the Doctor and most importantly her consult and the location being close to our home. Most recently, he was advised to see a foot doctor so I called. I was happy to get an appt within a day or two given most Drs want to do telehealth visits. First issue was the staff seemed disorganized, rushed, not personable, and one of the front desk ladies had an attitude like she just did not want to be there.The room we were sent to was not clean. I asked the MA if she was going to clean. Clearly there were signs of another person having been there. The paper on the foot rest had imprints and what looked like shavings from someone’s feet. Once I said something, she began changing everything and disinfecting. His exam was very rushed and not thorough at all. 5 minutes. Literally. We did come back for a follow up and he was seen by another Dr. one who had seen him a year earlier. Again, she was much more thorough and consultative. Unfortunately my husband was just not impressed with the office environment. There was nothing personal. You notice I did not name any Drs. It’s because they never told us there names.

I feel safe and secure and Im well taken care of at JB Jenkins and associates, they keep my feet very very healthy thank you JB Jenkins.

I called to confirm my appointment. And the young lady on the phone said I missed my appointment. But she gladly said come on in. This was my first time there. This is a wonderful doctors office. Everyone in this doctor office was great. Even the patients in the waiting room. All the doctors were walking around checking on everyone. They took time to explain everything and was so honest. Thank you so much for your good service, this made my day. Keep up the good work.

Dr. JB Jenkins is a very nice & Intelligent Doctor. Dr. Jenkins & Her Associates had Great Bedside Manner with Me. They got right to My problem with My Right Foot. They were Awesome.

The women there are incredible..they make sure that youre treated right..

I had problems not easily treatable but I was cared for by a consumate professional. Dr Jenkins is easily the best podiatrist in the state. That is the accolade I heard over and over by other renoun medical professionals.
