I have been training for the last 2 months now and absolutely love it. Its always a great workout and they really help me to meet my goals. Johnny and Michael are also great guys and I enjoy going in and getting to see them when I have my workouts.!!! I highly recommend working with.one-on-one fitness, you will not regret it!

I cant say enough for how awesome and helpful One-on-One is. The personal touch Mike has when answers any and all questions was what initially had me interested. David as my trainer has been outstanding and has without question helped me become better physically and nutritionally. I look better and I feel great. I would recommend One-on-One to everyone.

I have nothing but great things to say about Michael and One on One Fitness. Id been pretty low energy for a number of years before I decided I needed some help. I was introduced to Michael through a mutual friend and he was able to help me right away. If you need help learning how to exercise and eat right, follow Michaels plan. Hes an amazing guy and will really help you achieve your goals. Very customer service oriented, super nice, and very knowledgeable. I cant recommend him highly enough.

I highly recommend One on One Fitness. I knew I needed to get in shape and thought I would try personal training. One-on-One Fitness is a great group of trainers. From the initial phone call, I was asked about my fitness goals. At first, I just wanted to tone up, while not hurting myself, and learn about what I was doing. From there, my goals kept changing and evolving; the trainers modified what we did and how we did it, to achieve the goals and keep it interesting. It became a discipline and a commitment to myself. Best trainers-- amazing results! Im 37 with 3 kids and had never personal trained before. After 90 days, my bottom is high and tight, my abs are flat and toned, and my husband cant keep his hands off me :) Best decision I ever made. Totally recommend!

Michael Sokol of One on One Fitness has a great and simple program. The nutrition guide that he provides is simple and easy to follow. How can you mess up eating a handful of carbs, vegetables, and protein in nearly each meal. Michael provides simple solutions to eating properly on the go! Michaels program also doesnt require you to spend hours every day in the gym, 20 minutes of empty stomach cardio three days a week and weight training the other three and that is it. If you want an effective yet simple plan to help you stay away from diets and make a lifestyle change call Michael Sokol!
