Training with Blakely Fit has impacted my life in the most positive way. I did the ‘Best of Both’ which includes small group training twice a week, and a one-on-one once a week. Coming from a collegiate athletic background I often found myself lost in the gym without a coach. Michelle taught me to be adept in the gym, and key components that support a healthy and fit lifestyle. The best thing about Michelle is her authenticity and drive. She truly cares about you as a person, and wants you to succeed. Her workouts are tailored to your specific fitness goals, and throughout the training sessions it is apparent. She even explains the exercise and how it is contributing to your goals. Michelle is an all-star and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to add strength and fitness into their lives!
