There was a snafu with getting Medicare to OK the oxygen order but after that everything went great. The delivery guy Hector Hall was very patient and very thorough in getting me to understand everything.

One of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with in my life. Tried to place a simple order for CPAP supplies. Was told they would arrive within 3 - 5 business days. After 2 weeks with no supplies, I call and they say, oh, well you owe $231 before we can ship. Nobody called, emailed, or sent me a bill to inform me of this, so I had no idea that this was an issue. So I pay over the phone and they say, ok, now youll have your supplies in 3 - 5 business days...Another 10 days go by, no supplies. I call again, and am told they see that the supplies were shipped to the warehouse, but they have no tracking number and no info on why it never went any further. So they say this case will be escalated to a supervisor, and that Ill receive a call on it within 24-48 hours.After more than 2 days, no call. So I call again, and get some rude woman who had music playing in the background and people talking, telling me that it has shipped and I need to just be patient and wait until the end of the week.At the end of the week, still no supplies. So I call again and demand to speak directly to a supervisor, and am told that actually they still have no indication that it left the warehouse and no tracking information. So now it will be escalated to management, and Ill hear back.Here we are more than 5 weeks later and still no supplies. Just called and told them I wanted my order canceled and my money refunded. They said they have no process for doing that at this point since the parts were shipped to the warehouse. So I have to refuse the order, at which point supposedly Ill get a refund.Seriously never seen such incompetence in my life. Do not ever deal with these people.

This morning, between 10:30 and 11:00 am, one of these vans was blocking Artesian, just north of Devon. There were cars backed up to Devon, honking for him to move. When he came out, he was NOT apologetic, was NOT hurrying up, and was verbally rude! HE was in the wrong! There was plenty of parking south of the address he was at. He could have walked like the rest of us, instead of blocking a one way street. When he finally got his behind into the van, he then sat for another few minutes, instead of doing the right thing and moving. As he turned onto Arthur, he then flipped drivers off. Impossible to get anyone to actually answer your phones, too, to report him.

Just tried to call them 3 times and each time I went through the Byzantine options for customers and each time, I got HUNG UP on. Find someone else for your health needs!!
