Didnt seem to value our time (two hours at his office with literally nothing accomplished, left my partner in dirty bindings with little to no concern), took perverse glee at my partners discomfort, blatantly Blue Lives Matter and the nail in the coffin was him trying to push multivitamins at the end. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give no stars I would. I overheard Lettie, the rudest medical receptionist I’ve ever encountered, call me a ‘noncompliant patient’ after rolling her eyes and scoffing at me for complaining about waiting an hour past our appointment time. When I asked her for an update, she told me to talk to the doctor about it. No one EVER updated us. Also, the first time meeting the doctor he was wearing a Blue Lives Matter tie and it made mysef and my minority husband extremely uncomfortable. When I mentioned it to him today, he said he was a cop and we just ‘don’t agree professionally.’ I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and reporting both him and the receptionist everywhere possible. Lettie needs to stay away from any and all human beings in her next career.

I broke my ankle in January 2017. Dr. Martin Greenberg was the only doctor with immediate openings and now I know why. He confirmed my ankle was broken but did very little to help me understand how I needed to heal, what I should be doing for the next 6 weeks, etc. I called him shortly thereafter to ask some follow-up questions, one of my main concerns was exercise. He was rude and dismissive, he told me to just not worry about exercise. Because of his abruptness and lack of compassion, I decided to seek treatment elsewhere and Im very glad I did. However, over a year later I am still getting phone calls and letters for a payment I owe for a 3 minute phone call. Its outrageous this practice is trying to charge me and my insurance for a follow-up phone call when I was already in his care. I urge you to go elsewhere unless you want to deal with threats to send your info to collections.

By far the most unprofessional and unorganized doctors office staff Ive encountered in my entire life. I fractured my ankle at work and after scheduling an appointment with them they call and cancel my appointment less than 24 hours prior to the appointment claiming they need written proof from workmans comp that they will cover the appointment. Workmans comp get them the appropriate paperwork and on the day of my appointment my rep from workmans comp calls and tells me my appointment is back on. Keep in mind not a single person from the doctors office bothers to call and tell me this. I get to the Elmhurst office, which is the only office Ive been told about just to be told the doctor isnt there today and hes in downtown Chicago. Now thanks to the absolutely worthless office staff and the complete lack of professionalism I have to wait almost a full 2 weeks after fracturing my ankle to actually see a doctor. The women who answer the phones here and schedule appointments should be fired and never be allowed to have a job that has anything to do with caring for a human being. They truly do not care about the patients health or actually allowing them to see a doctor. Run, dont walk to any other doctors office besides this one.

A small practice that is very efficient and spends time to answer questions and explain your problem and the options for treatment. Saw physician, not a nurse practicioner, even though my problem was fairly minor. Does not run up the bill with x-rays and braces and therapy. Taught me how to do most exercises at home

Dr. Greenbergs bed side manner is fantastic. I had been hit by a car (as a pedestrian). He was kind and explained what broke and what that meant in plain english. Dr. Greenberg was spot on what to expect and how recovery will proceed. I cannot thank Dr. Greenberg more and would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from a orthopedic issue.

Please think twice before going with Dr. Greenberg as your doctor. He recently treated an injury of mine and completely botched the surgery.
