Dr. Saper got me in for surgery the next day even though he was booked and it was a Friday before a long weekend. He extended his surgery schedule so I could get the care that I needed. I really appreciated how dedicated he was on getting me in for surgery right away. Every follow up appointment has started on time or even early when possible! He gets me in and out in a timely matter. I highly recommend Dr. Saper.

I saw Dr. Saper and decided to schedule my ACL surgery with him, however, dealing with his surgery coordinator has been a challenge. Clearly she is overwhelmed. The two times I called I had to leave multiple messages over a week to get a call back - so the next time I had a question regarding my rehab I wrote an email, then a follow up email but still nothing. Im was nervous about having surgery with a doctor whos office is as unresponsive as this one. Post surgery there were even more conflicting communications between Dr. Saper and his staff, some which my PT felt were atypical and concerning. For example, if my brace should be open or locked. However, Dr. Saper is VERY RESPONSIVE when you need clarification and a good surgeon from what I can tell, hence three stars. One big caveat is that this is all during covid and I know all the systems are stretched. That said, it has made surgery more stressful than it needed to be.

I visited Dr. David Saper June 2018 for a sports-related injury. The injury was not particularly complex, did not require diagnostic imaging, and the physical exam portion of the office visit was sufficient to confirm the diagnosis. Dr. Saper’s treatment plan was appropriate and his outlook on the recovery timetable proved accurate. This was the only visit to his office required. My initial online review was entered following receipt of the billing statement (received via mail 4/25/19). There was a rather significant line item/charge applied and I questioned its validity. I contacted the billing office (number listed on the statement), and was advised by the billing agent they receive calls/questions similar to mine quite often, but noted there is no formal appeal or dispute process in place. I left an online review noting my displeasure with the billing process, and within 10min of posting I received a direct call from Dr. Saper. By the time I called Dr. Saper back (~20min), Dr. Saper had already coordinated with his office manager (Lupe) to address this billing issue. Shortly after speaking with Dr. Saper, Lupe contacted me directly and explained what was being done to remedy the issue. Dr. Saper was personable at the office visit. But his attentiveness to this issue is impressive, appreciated, and restored my faith in his practice should I ever need to return in the future. Thank you, Dr. Saper & Lupe.

Im extremely grateful to Dr. Saper because be is very knowledgeable and a people person. He took his time and figured what was the problem and treated my symptoms by recommending physical therapy. The physical therapy staff all (Oliver, Agnes, Hannah, Amador and , Emily the receptionist were very courteous and very friendly. I was sad when I had to stop physical therapy because I was 100% better in a month. The front office personnel were also very professional and friendly. Always greeted me with a smile. I highly recommend Dr. Saper and his staff from Western n Lemoyne.

I visited Dr. Saper for a soccer injury, followed by an ACL reconstruction surgery a couple of weeks later. He was very responsive to my numerous questions (both during the consultations and when I called back with followups), made sure that I was well informed of all my options before proceeding with surgery, and overall seems like a very nice guy. The surgery itself was done exceptionally well, judging from the minimal residual scarring/scar tissue as well as the smooth recovery process Ive had so far. Additionally, everyone else in the clinic has been nothing but friendly and professional throughout my multiple visits. I highly recommend him and his team!

He didnt even look at my foot, just the xray. gave me a two-minute schpiel that was barely direction-based and then told me to follow him on instagram.
