Dr Lau was phenomenal with my very nervous 3 year old. She had an object in her eye and he was so gentle and kind with her. I was impressed because my 3 year old is very shy, but after a few minutes, she warmed up. Dr Lau has a great demeanor and personality. I also appreciated they could get us in same day. 100% recommend.

Dr. Lau is always available and continues to work with me to find the best solution for me. It is good to find a professional who doesnt settle and treats you with the utmost care. Other ODs did not spend one iota of the time as Dr. Lau does. They sold me on useless overpriced procedures and eyewear that demised me & didnt work. The doctor is friendly, and the location itself is quite convenient, (a few minutes from the Jefferson Park Transit Center).The only problem I have is the small collection of eyeglass brands that they have. I am attached to a pair of titanium Bellagios, a brand that this place does not carry. It took me a while of searching until I settled on a frame that was closest in design to my old pair.The appointment itself was very smooth, and the doctor likes small talk, a big plus in my book. Dr. Lau may be my regular eye doctor from now on.

I have been following Dr. Lau from office to officer for almost 20 years. When I started I only needed glasses for distance on occasion- now Im in bifocals. He is extremely thorough, friendly and personable. My entire family sees him and I would he has my highest recommendation.
