My sister recommended this place and I finally made an appointment, The doctor was great and took his time to examine my eyes. Been wearing glasses for 20 years and I have NEVER been through an exam as detailed as the one i got at affinity.. to say the least i will never go back to the chain clinics... The women at the front desk were great as well. I highly recommend!

Dr. Najem always does a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable .

My initial observation was that they’re very nice. However they’re only trying to rip you off. If you go here to get fitted for lenses they will try to keep your prescription from you for as long and much as possible so that you’re forced to buy from them. I get that they have to make sales but then be competitive. Ordering your lenses from the outside is almost 60% cheaper. This optometrist is no longer a doctor. He’s a salesman. In any case I will report this behavior to our alderman.

I have been going to Affinity Optical for many years, and my parents before that. They are so very knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. I scratched my cornea (2x) and Dr. Najeem always fit me in and helped me out. I live 40 miles away now, but continue to be a patient. Both Dr. Najeem and Dr. Lewis are ultimate professionals with great senses of humor. I appreciate all they have done for my family over the years, and will continue to do.

Dr. Najem did a wonderful job with my examination and prescription. Hes very personable and a great doctor. A great place for eye examinations and glasses!

Great doc! And even better service! Not sure what Tom C below is talking about. Right when I got in there the ladies were super nice, answered all my questions in good time, and then made sure I was all caught up when I left. No problem with my glasses and the amount of time it took to get them to me. :) Happy customer and will return!

Dr. Jamie Hahn (formerly Choi) is very kind and thorough - I could tell she really cares about me and my eye health. She is patient and takes time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I was happy with the customer service from the front desk staff, as well. I had no wait and everyone was very friendly. This was my first visit, but Ill continue to come back in the future. Finally, an eye doctor I know I can trust!!

Ive been coming here for years now. The doctor is great as well as the staff and overall service. The prices arent too bad either.

Dishonest,call to make appointment with Dr Juliet Lewis,was v specific and was quoted a price of which I repeated several times and wrote it down.Day off appointment I was told am seeing her brother?? And the price went up.I did not care for him and found him unprofessional,even when I asked him to adjust my lenses power he brushed me off.As I was leaving they tell me how to get hold of Dr Juliet Lewis after telling me she works there once a week and fully booked.

I have been going to Dr. William Najem for years now it had been a great experience every time. The staff is very nice and helpful, Dr. Najem is very attentive and understands his patients very well. I would never go see another doctor.

All right I first came in and their computers were having issues right then and there I was about to leave but I figured I might as will give them a shot. one of the front desk staff took me in the room to do some preliminary exams on my eye. He literally had no idea what he was doing he blew some air into my eye and said damn he was doing it wrong and wanted to move to the next machine I told him what about the other eye and he tells me he doesnt want to do it because hes doing it wrong. Really???? Why are you doing in the first place if you dont know what youre doing youre dealing with my eyes here!! At this point I was just about to walk out this is unacceptable. Dr. Choi did Eye exam. Even though when I schedule an appointment Dr. was supposed to be there. Dr. Choi rushed during the exam and she wasnt very nice either when I ask her to explain a few things to me she told me its complicated and I wouldnt understand. Wow. Well then.... I got my I exam done and a trail pair of contacts. The contact on the right side kept on bothering me which I understand sometimes contacts can come defective however my vision was not clear with the contacts. I had to go back a few days later again and Dr. looked at my eyes and adjusted my prescription to be a little stronger.

I have been coming here for years and have always been happy with the service, but today I show up for my appointment that was scheduled at 3 and I was told no I dont have you down for today maybe the other person working forgot to put you down is what I was told. Can you come back later or on another day because someone is already schedualed for 3pm. Not happy at all.

Dr. Najem is the optometrist, and due to his expertise in the field, my prescription is utterly accurate.

The employees are not only rude none of them knew what they were doing. I will not go there again.
