Loved the learning/ teaching experience it wasnt just the doctor, but a team of two other eager students assisting. I think in the future that patients should be informed of this experience as some might be thrown off/ not too fond of others in the room other than themselves and the doctor. Im personally all for the learning process! Thank you for your help in my health Dr!

I would like to say that Dr. Adeeb was amazing and truly cared and did such a phenomenal job until the end and following up after birth as well. We had no issues previous to my C-section or post delivery. My recovery was great. He did a great stitching job. The baby is in perfect condition and healthy thank God. He explained everything to my husband and I each visit and showed time and concern. Very knowledgeable and professional as well. We loved him. I definitely would recommend him to any pregnant woman or as a gynecologist.

The doctor referred me to a hospital for an ultrasound but never sent my medical records to them. When I called them the day before my appointment to send my info, at risk of being cancelled, they said they would have it done. They never did, my appointment that I took off of work for was cancelled, and when I called the office the next day I was informed they would be closed for the next two weeks because the doctor is out of the country. I am 6 months pregnant, havent had a proper ultrasound or any conversation about a birth plan and am really stressed. And I cant find another doctor until the office is opened again because they have all my information. Really impersonal treatment and big cause of stress.

Beware!! They are NOT organized, if you are trying to get your records from them. After completing the protocol & being told 5+ times they will, they have YET to do it! Not worth the stress.

Dr. Alshahrour is always a pleasure - I’ve been going to him for nearly 5 years. I strongly recommend him and the staff if you are looking for an OB/GYN that is well informed, will listen and provide excellent care!

All my questions were answered, and I felt he really cared about what I was asking. I did not wait long, and everyone else who works there was quite pleasant.

Horrible experience with Dr. Adeeb Alshahrour. He was very uncouth and uncaring after giving me a very alarming diagnosis, he did an extremely poor job on explaining what it meant. I received no handout about the results and he didn’t take the time to explain but instead told me to look at images on google. Also Dr. Alshahrour was more interested in talking about my results and using my body as a teaching moment for his med students than he was to me the patient.They never faxed over my results; it’s been two weeks and I even called the office and they said I never gave them a fax number which was a lie. One of their med students was the one who made the copy of my referral w the fax number, or at least said he did. Gave them the fax number again and they still haven’t sent it.Also this clinic deletes bad reviews as they have done with my last one; probably the only reason why their rating is so high. Would give zero stars if I could.

Almost done with my pregnancy, so far all 8months have been well taken care of. Despite Ive been a high risk patient from the beginning . Great doctor. Baby and I are in good hands.

I love this place. Ive never been very comfortable with men but the doctor is very comfortable to work with and I dont mind him at all. I have no complaints so far!

I went today for a second opinion and I must say Im impressed! He found my ongoing issue on the same visit without waiting months in between follow ups ! love it!

Staffs are unorganized, judges before running tests, you don’t get your results back when get a Pelvic exam. However, the place is clean and put together. I don’t do reviews but my experience wasn’t the best.

Best doctor ever since day one so professional so clean so dedicated my wife just gave labor today and it was wonderful experience.. Thank u doc

Hi, this is Dr Adeeb Alshahrour responding to previous review, we are physicians, it is not at somepoint our duty to provide birth control supplies, if we do that we do it to help patients, otherwise it is pharmacutical items and can be obtained from pharmacies or medical companies. oftentimes we order these items to help patients. but with the new insurance managed care systems , a lot of these companies pay us way under the cost. so we end up losing beyond the cost. and we usually explain this issue to the patients. it is not $ 15 only we lose , we end up losing $50 . and it does not work anymore with us.MS Morales does not know that majority of gynecologist do not provide these items anymore. otherwise we takes good care of our patients. but as physicians we are not entitled to handle mistakes of the corrupted system in the healthcare.thank you.

Today, I was denied healthcare and I am sorry about my rant .I had my second appointment with DR Adeeb Alshahrour at the Womens HealthCare Center of Chicago A couple of months ago, it was found that I had cysts in my left ovary; due to that, I was prescribed birth control.FYI Birth control is used to prevent ovulation. Without ovulation, the chance that ovarian cysts will form is reduced and your symptoms may be relieved.So today, I went in for a check up to see if I still had the cysts and asked to change the form of birth control. I asked to have the birth control implant instead of the pill, which would still help end my cysts and was I was denied.In short terms, he explained to me how he did not profit from doing that; my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) covers everything(800 dollars exact), but there was no profit. Instead, he would have to pay fifteen dollars for some shipment thing I was not clear about. Mind you, I am already appalled that this is even a conversation! It is very UNETHICAL and should not be of my concern if he profits or not. Still, I told him I wouldnt mind paying the fifteen dollars myself, if that was what he was worried about. He said it would be illegal to receive money, since legally my insurance is paying for everything.He is contradicting his own stand on what is ethical and what is not.So in the end, he said he would NOT do it because there was NO PROFIT gain.This is a healthcare clinic, not a business. I am not an object and should not be used as one by this gynecologist. Needless to say, I am very angry and appalled that this is happening. This is also a teaching clinic, and in the same room there were other 3 students observing. Is that what he is teaching his students, deny patients unless they actually profit? Unbelievable, no wonder our healthcare system is the way it is.My health was not taken care of and the treatment was denied and somehow giving me the birth control implant to end my cysts, was no profit at all.
