Dr. Branch is amazing. Very attentive, patient and caring. Appointment didnt feel rushed and I wasnt pressured into procedures or medication. I appreciate also that she made accommodations for me outside of her already packed schedule. Only took off one star because one lady at the front desk was rude. If you have a patient waiting, halt the personal conversations, address the patient and then return to your chat. Instead she cut me off when I was talking multiple times, forgot to ask for my insurance and i.d and forgot to give me the paperwork to fill out. Then seemed further annoyed that I had questions. That aside I would return just for Dr. Branch.

Dr. Branch is beyond exceptionally amazing! She’s professional, compassionate, caring and very thorough. I’ve delivered two full term healthy babies while under her care. She’s more than my doctor, she’s special to my heart. She’s a beautiful person!

I simply love Dr Branch. I switched to her care a few years ago and was so happy I did! She’s kind, caring, always willing to listen to my concerns. Of course she’s very busy so it takes a while to get in to see her but when I had a semi emergency come up her office staff got me in as soon as they received a cancellation. Her nurse Jessica is also amazing. Always friendly and willing to help me or talk things out with me. I highly recommend this team!!!

Terrible experience with Dr Branch and her office. She was supposed to order tests for sexually transmitted diseases. Both myself and my primary care Dr. Klarquist both called and stopped in her office to confirm tests had been ordered. !0 days later, I called and discovered they had never ordered the tests. Now I will have to take off work, pay for parking and have blood drawn and another PAP done. All the Dr said is sorry for the inconvenience. There was no call back from her or her Practice Manager. Avoid this Dr. and her office. Its malpractice. She doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Dr. Branch was kind, thoughtful and quick. She isnt my normal doctor but I appreciate her demeanor and the time she spent with me.
