Dr. Soini was able to take me in last minute due to an emergency. A friend highly recommended him to me. Very patient and takes his time explaining things to me. It was refreshing not feeling rushed and just another number in the waiting room.

Dr. Soni is great! I am from a different country and not used to the medical system here so was nervous to visit. He made me feel very comfortable and listened carefully to my concerns and helped me make a confident and informed decision surrounding birth control subscriptions. The front desk ladies are so sweet and the office is clean.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Soinis for a few years now. His clinic is clean, and the staff are professional and timely. I have gone to Dr. Soini for 2 pregnancies as well as a delivery. He is an excellent, very professional doctor and the perfect balance of being both to the point and caring in his demeanor. Very nice and helpful! Inside is very clean and reception is very welcoming.

The place itself looks pretty sketchy. Went here because it’s near my house and I needed to get in somewhere quickly. Went in on a Monday, Doctor tells me he’ll get the results Saturday. 2 weeks and 4 phone calls later and apparently the doctor still had not read my results yet. Every person I talk to says the same thing- “He’ll have a chance to read them tomorrow and we’ll call you back”. Which results in me waiting 2 days then calling again just to get the same response. If you’re looking for a janky place that never actually reads your test results and fails to communicate with you, go here.

I have been going to Dr. Soini for about 5 years and have always been easily able to secure an appointment that is within a reasonable time. However, what keeps me returning to Dr. Soini is the time he takes to spend with you as patient. He is very attentive, professional and explains things thoroughly. I have never felt rushedOverall, would highly recommend him.

Dr. Soini is straightforward with me. I appreciate having a local doctor and office in my neighborhood, where I feel like Im not just another number. I will say, if youre looking for someone to be very emotionally invested, hes not the guy. But I appreciate that, because I feel like I am not being marketed towards, and he tells me his professional opinion. I have had some health scares, and he is very professional and nonjudgmental about it, which helps calm me down. I have been to Planned Parenthood multiple times and they are very sweet and sensitive, but I also feel like they are more likely to recommend medication or extra expensive things when it might not be necessary. This office is a little more old school, has a neighborhood feel while still offering modern medical care.

I have consulted with Dr Soini for my second pregnancy > 35 years and had some concerns in the early stages of my pregnancy. Dr Soini is very professional and nice to interact with. Pleased with the experience of the visit. Have always left feeling reassured about the baby and got good guidance throughout. I have never had a wait time or struggled to get an appointment. I also liked that blood work was done within the facility and I have an option to get the ultrasound done in the same facility when needed so its good in terms of convenience.

Going for my first visit to Dr. Soini I was very nervous, but after I filled out the informational papers it was no waiting time. Right after taken to the room, I was very impressed of Doctor’s professional knowledge and his ways of making me feel comfortable by taking his time to explain to me in detail my situation and the options I have to take care of it.

Ive been going to Dr.Soini for a few years he is very professional and to the point. He is not a salesmen which I love ! Hes attentive to any issue but very quick otherwise. Super nice staff and a well organized office! I guess if youre looking for a shrink he is not it but otherwise the best obstetrician and gyno.

My daughter has been fighting cervical cancer and was in remission she started having major pain and made a appointment with Discovery Medical Center. Dr. Soini ran test to find out the cancer is back. The dr was very thorough and respectful. Recommend this Doctor to family and friends

Dr soini is always so professional and helpful. I moved out of state and still traveled back to chicago to see him! Now that I’m back for good, he’s my favorite doctor. No matter the issues he always knows the best method of treatment without having to go through trail and error like some Docotors I’ve had in the past! I’m so grateful I found him! Creepy. Theres no sign or anything on the door or outside. The windows are covered up. Once I got inside, half the lights were out and their water dispenser was broken. They ended up not accepting cards??? For someone who pays any additional fees with medical fund, this is something I wouldve liked to know beforehand. Sorry, not handing my cash over to you. I booked my appointment through zoc doc where it had 5 stars, and I have no idea why.

As i walked into discovery medical center i was greeted with the most amazing nurses and doctor, for about 5-6 years i have been fighting a battle of cervical cancer i went into remission and then i have had alot of pain in my abdomen DR.SOINI has been the ONLY doctor to help me and get the matter in control he has been the only doctor that has took my case seriously he made me feel very comfortable and he was very nice he even instructed what he was doing each time for my exam, i have never experienced this before from any doctor i have seen i went through 5 doctors and no one can tell me anything but as soon as i seen DR.SOINI he was honest and concerned he has showed me he is a professional doctor that cares for his patients well being. i would recommend my family and friends to doctor soini
