To have a loved one discharged to come to this facility OT PT ST to start with lack of communication of what they call protocol AFTER DISCHARGE FROM ANY HOSPITAL had to do quarantine before you can see your loved one then after once the 14 day comes around we experience having an appointment on 15th day. they reschedule you for the 16th day due to an elevator being service. To wait 16 days to see a family member it was no more than 20 days of the worst care in the world the staff need more coaching the administrator knows whats going on and did not acknowledge the weekend staff was lazy . 48 hours in a weekend no attentiveness. Was on hold for 40 minutes and it was no more than 24 hours later into the next day A call came through dehydrated loss of weight and calling to say a family member is being discharged to hospital. Yes this had to happen exactly on the 20 plus day of this facility getting 100% of their money after the damage has been done. this place needs to get it together before a family member lose a loved one up in there its sad and sick. The worst service & phone ever. Do not go to this place need more coaching!!!

Great place, friendly staff, very professional!

My loved one unfortunately was one of the 6 patients that just passed away from covid-19 in this facility. He was a long time resident. Even though I was family & the next of kin I never got a call that my loved one was even in the hospital sick the whole 10 days after he was admitted & after he had passed away. Still no call. I was told by word of mouth from another family member which he got the information by someone else other than the nursing home over the phone. I had been trying to reach the director of nursing so that I can take care of my loved ones arrangements. But the director of nursing Ms. Newman & the woman Constance who works in the financial department would never come to the phone except once then after that I never heard from either one of them again. When I contacted the nursing home I was told I wasnt even on the contact list even though I gave them my information a long time ago when I would take my loved one out on pass. They also would not provide me the information that was needed for my loved ones death certificate. I gave my information to them again but everything that was happening was just totally disrespectful & unacceptable.

I had a friend who was a resident of Waterfront Terrace who was well attended. There were no problems encountered. In fact, she enjoyed being there as she recovered from her illness. I would recommend Waterfront to any one in need of nursing care.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. They have marketing people (Tommy Brown and Kristy Blakemore) come to speak to you about this place and the services they offer. THEY ARE ALL LIES. The brochures they show you are fake (the place is raggedy), loud, no order, you cannot get rest and the staff have no problem telling you what they not gone do. This place needs to be investigated for horrible treatment of disable patients and fraud. My family was told I couldnt change rooms because I didnt have Medicare and only Medicare people can stay on the 1st floor. Some shady fraudulent stuff is going on here. This place will be on the news at some point. The administrator Howard Alter needs to be in prison for running a fraudulent and deceptive business, whenever you ask to speak to him the receptionist Maryann Seals is always lying about him being in a meeting. You cant be in a meet if youre never in the building. Read all the online lawsuits and reports this facility has before your people have to experience what my family member did.

This place is the worth of all nursing home, its a clean place but why do they treat the residents like babies!!! Theses are grown men and women. The residents all look unhappy and more depresse. They give them 15 min to smoke, come on now if they have a smoking problem then 15min not gone get it. The staff on the 3rd floor are so rude to them. And the first floor too. They show them no respect at all. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one. And they got it bad about telling them they gone kick them out if they dont do what they say.this a terrible place

This place smells .omg ..

Omg!! First off when you first walk in the door the piss smell hits you right in your face!! Then it just looks just like it smells!! Terrible!! My aunt is in a room with three other people and one is out her mind yelling and threatening the nurses and patience’s. Just awful!! I will be finding somewhere else for her to go real soon and she hasn’t even been here 24hrs yet!! If I could give this place a zero I would!!!

Waterfront terrace have been wonderful to my granny, she love the staff they attend to her every need, thank all of you for have such passion for the residents need ( Jeremy jackson)

Regardless of what they show u this is not the place u put someone that needs care. The place is loud, unorganized, and u see people standing around doing nothing. The people that live there look unhappy and shake there heads as you walk by. This place has been known for providing poor care and doing wahtever it takes to get a patient. Just look at the people they hire (ruby, mike, karen,) all these people willing to do whatever, and look at them now. zero stars

I enjoy this nursing home so much, there no other place i rather my grand mom to be, i recommend this facility on the eastside

This place have such a great atmosphere, loving and caring staff.

Rude & ghetto and the staff were hostile towards me, when I expressed my concerns. Please don’t send your love one’s to this ghetto place.
