I was looking for a nursing home to placed my mother who needs Physical Therapy close to home , Im very pleased with the facility overall the therapy team is great and keep me update. also the staff is very kind and friendly to my mother. My mother was a short term resident and the administrator was very open and attentive to our concerns.

Im currently residing here. This is the most horribly run operation Ive ever seen. Nurses have zero autonomy in making medicine decisions. Needs to have an order written up, but yet when you do, the screw that up.Food is terrible. Lucky to get it lukewarm. Am told they are unable to handle a diabetic diet. I have to figure out how much to eat myself. (Take a wild guess!)Administration seems to be condescending in all interactions. This place has a nickname of Death Manor. Never, ever send your loved ones here.

I have a family member at this facility coming up on 1 year this November and I am very grateful for the staff who have given their absolute best to tend to my family. I see my uncle improving at this facility every time I visit. Also the facility is clean and neat every time Ive gone in.

Horrible staff , social workers and physiatrists and all! My mother in law has been in there four years and they still haven’t found her housing, they are trying to force her to take medication that she doesn’t need! And that’s the reason they say she hasn’t got housing yet! This place has roaches that I’ve seen my self visiting her! The staff social worker that’s assigned to her didn’t know anything about her and what’s going on with her! Very sad, if you can help it keep your family away from here, they just want there money!

Terrible care, terrible staff, terrible facility. Local EMS refers to it as Death Manor.Nurses are barely able to communicate with EMS crews. Patients on isolation (due to super-bug infections) have been seen roaming the halls, possibly spreading the pathogens to everyone the come in contact with. When ambulance crews arrive to treat the patients that have been injured or become gravely ill at this facility the staff becomes upset and argues with them when theyre called out on their terrible care and lack of knowledge.Private ambulance companies have been know to fire employee whistle blowers in order to keep the contract with the facility (all about that $$$)
