The best Goodwill Ive ever been to 👏 Great employees and amazing selection of clothes. Grateful the fitting rooms are open–the ones in NYC had theirs closed and didnt allow returns.....diabolical. Will def return next time Im in Chicago.

I have been here multiple times, and each time I find a hidden gem, from a Hori Fightpad for 5 bucks to a new-looking New Era Snapback for 2 bucks. Parking is horrendous but if youre walking or biking its great.

This has served as my donation center for the past several years. Im a minimalist, so anything that has no use gets donated. Hence, I donate often.This place is hassle free. I just drive to the back of the building, bring up my donations to the warehouse, and they issue me a receipt. And being an independent contractor, those tax write-offs are awesome.The staff has always been friendly. They are accurate in the receipts they give me, and kindly let me know what items they cannot accept. For whatever they cannot accept, I either toss it in their dumpster, or I take home and recycle.

Excellent customer service. Its like a treasure hunt , you always find something interesting. The prices are right.

One of my go-go goodwills because I always find some beautiful thrifts. Staff has always been nice and helpful considering they have a lot of work to do and customers to help. A bit smaller than most Goodwill’s but great area to be located in. Only thing I would say that I don’t like is the recent prices for “vintage” clothes. Normally see prices like that on Depop/Thredup type of apps not in actual thrift stores

Of the 4 or 5 times I’ve been, usually a 10+ minute wait to check out. Employees standing around not doing much. On the smaller end compared to other Goodwills, and especially when compared to Salvation Army and Village Discount.

Great location selling many name brand products at extremely great prices. I just wish they had more of an arts & crafts section.

Items are a little over priced and the line to go inside is a little to long (5 to 10 minute wait). I personally love thrift stores but don’t appreciate paying for items that you can basically buy brand new at a store.

Con: needs the smaller shoppin carts (attention STORE SUPERVISOR) .you notice an item you like, do not think you’ll see it next trip.Couch $6 , lamp $15 ...so prices vary. There are: house items, couches , seats, lamps, chairs, containers, vacuums,sports items, pots, pans, and house items , kitchen items. Clothes, fancier clothes behind the counter and in glass, shoes. You’ll be able to find brand new items. Many many items to pick. Affordable. It’s sort of flea market vibe haggling because of the thirty min time .

Today (Sunday) two colors were 3/$1. Nice selection of coats, not the best selection of shoes. Its nice that they have their own parking lot.

Will not take donations five minutes after closing. Everywhere online it says that they close at 5:30 on Saturdays when they actually close at 5. They turned away myself and five others that wanted to donate clothes. Poorly run establishment.

Pretty good selection. Theyre currently letting 22 people in at a time, each person limited to 30 minutes. Wait time was probably 20 minutes, we went on a Friday afternoon

It was a fun way to spend the afternoon. The one downside was the clothes needed to be steamed but many unexpected surprises were found.

A very compact Goodwill, with plenty of people in it. Some items are underpriced, and many are overpriced. The Goodwill staff here seem very conscientious about fashionable clothing and price them accordingly. Expect Ross Dress For Less prices on some items, even if theyre used.Despite that, theres many good finds to be had, and the tag sales help bring the prices down. If youre looking for a chain thrift store that stays mostly clean, its definitely a notch above the Salvation Army.

Disappointed with the capacity limit only 12 people at a time with a 30 minute window to shop- seems expensive. Looks like there are more employees than shoppers : (Aside from this I always find great things!

Expect hours of waiting what they are implementing is 12 people in the store but heres the twist. They set a 30 minute time for them to be inside so makes it a drag to get inside. They say its phase 3 guidlines but every store in chicago doesnt give a minute timeline to shop. It should be a limit on people and who ever is out one should go in like every store. I saw alot of people see the line and walk away.

This is a nice Thrift store.I come here once a week to add to my DVD collection & find cool nick knacks for around the house.You gotta be there early though because if you come at night all of the stuff I mostly taken.Children’s books are 99 cents so I’m stocking up on those too.The bathrooms are always clean.I have REALLY bad allergies, but I NEVER sneeze or cough in this place so I’m guess they are clean or well ventilated...

I have regularly found great items at this store, especially household goods. The staff us always welcoming and pleasant. They do a great job keeping things organized and moving. Even with social distancing, they are happy and social. We love this place.

This is one of the most well organized thrift stores! The clothes are with similar styles and color coded as well. I love that they have dressing rooms so I know Ill always be happy with my purchases. If you are dropping off donations, an extremely polite young man will help you bring them in and quickly provide you with a receipt for your taxes.

It is a pretty good size, not huge. It has some pretty cool stuff. The prices on some things are excellent while there are also things that are still kind of pricey. Overall pretty decent.

Good selection here. Ive found a few really cool DVDs. The furniture is insanely inexpensive. The store is clean, as are the clothes and shoes that Ive looked at. Good selection of books and household wares. Great staff. I love this Goodwill, I always find something cool to buy when I stop in and I love their prices. Keep up the good work.

The best thing about Goodwill is that all clothing is sorted by color and size so it is easy to look for a specific thing (like when I needed a pair of black slacks for work). There are dressing rooms, and the clothes I find there are all in good condition and are good brands. The staff is very helpful. Once I found a pea coat with missing buttons so they gave me 50% off their original price. On Sunday one color tag is 50% off. Even without the discount, the prices are great and let have an occasional shopping spree without spending too much.

I love taking my gently used items to this location.

I just want to say that Jessica didnt appreciate us donating a couch and I have to say that it was 5 minutes before closing time, but we called in advance to ask if that was okay and we were told yes. She seemed very upset. But I have to say that Luis was very helpful and nice.

The clothes are good quality, and prices are about what youd expect, no complaints there.Theres a good selection of glassware of all sorts, books and CDs. Used tech is extremely dated, but thats sort of expected.Biggest complain is the ventilation/AC... or the lack of it. A hot summer day would be unbearable.Also, there arent enough fitting rooms for a moderately busy day, so plan more time than your first guess, or dont try stuff on.Worth a shot to visit but dont expect a goldmine.

A very healthy Goodwill. You go inside and there are always 30-50 people minimum. Their stuff changes constantly so going in a week or two later is worth the trip.

Great clothing and book selection. Furniture and shoe stock is limited. We also couldnt find a lot of clothes for older boys, but their selection changes all the time so perhaps it was just the time of day or season when we went. Hard working, friendly staff and a huge selection of mens clothes. They even had a little section of maternity clothes. Finding parking was pretty rough for us on a Saturday morning, but perhaps thats just to be expected in this area. :)

This is a very nice Goodwill. They treat you like a high end customer. Dont argue when you want to return something, they have all types of stuff there and its very clean. I will go again and again and again.

Very easy place to drop donation. There is temporary parking in front of the store. The staff is always very quick to bring out a cart to help load any donations. The store is organized very well and is neat despite all of the items it contains.

I love this goodwill too! I do not live in Chicago, but this is one of the places I always hit when I travel in. The only problem is...I started shopping there when they first opened and not to many people knew about this location then. This is a good place for donations and second hand merchandise. The drop off facility has parking for loading and unloading in front, the staff will come out with a crat to load your donations, dont forget to get a receipt. The selection at this location is large, as it is a drop of location and this alone makes the inventory full and changing daily. I found a few household items at this location for a good price.

Surely one of my favorite places to do well. We donate tons of stuff to Goodwill, annually, knowing that it will help provide employment for some people and quality merchandise for others who cant afford expensive stuff. The staff are friendly and will often come outside to help you unload donations. On the inside, you are more or less left to yourself, until youre ready to check out. Usually lots of customers moving through the rows of clothes, books, and other items, including shoes.Street parking nearby can be a bit tight, though it is free. You may need to walk a bit to get back to the store.

Great store with a variety of items. Constantly clean and items placed by categories. The only issue I have with this store is parking. Street parking is available but always varies. Overall I would recommend this store.

Favorite store. Really the only place I shop in Chicago. Best times are Saturday and Sunday mornings right when they open. Get there early-- you will be happy that you did.

If I get the job Im buying the crew lunch!Also, great business quality clothes there. I spent 9 bucks on a pair of Anne Klein slacks. They were pressed, ceased and ready to go. I was in rush but seems like there appliances are worth a looksie too!

This is one of my favorite thrift stores in Chicago. There is always a great variety of quality clothes and the store is big and clean. The location is not the best, its a little hidden away, but its worth the trip.

There is a pretty good turnover in this store ... 2 days in a roll, you will see different items ... I picked up a very nice couch for $15 things are priced to sell fast, to make room for more ...

I really had fun in there customer service was great and I meet people in there. I think the prices could of been a little bit lower. But over all it was a good experience.

It can be challenging sometimes to find parking so I usually just walk. Friendly staff, clean and well organized. I always find good stuff here.

Ridiculously affordable and wide selections of merchandise. I make donations there and then go in and buy other stuff. The staff is very friendly and they have good hours of operation.

We got a damn near new, down filled couch... For TWENTY dollars!! We biked there that day and still found a way to get this steal of a find home! Store is organized well, clean, has dressing rooms, higher end clothing and knick knacks for pennies on the dollar. 10 out of 10 would shop again.

You pull up right in front of the place. It says its a tow zone but thats because its their loading zone. Its only specified by the sign on the glass of the shop and so I had to make a loop and come back around but they were pretty great. There was a guy outside with the bin and he loaded my stuff and gave me a receipt and I was on my way!

Love it!!! Well I found this place while reading an article about a fashion stylist finding a pair of Manolo Blanics for $10👡Soooo, I decided to check it out for myself. Love it! Everything is hung up by item type, very organized and clean in addition to reasonable prices. Check out the shoe section, really nice shoes. Also be sure to go on a Sunday if you dont want to pay parking fees, it is free to park on Sundays.

Am only able to get there once a month or so but I have always found something. Prices are higher than other Goodwill stores but bargains are to be found. Parking is the hardest part of the trip as it is street parking in a congested area.

I love this place!

Very limited selection and prices are ridiculously high. I noticed a lot of non red tag items priced at 14.99 and 19.99 (sweaters, fleeces, jackets) and a very very small kid collection.. Like one rack against the wall. We spent $70 on a fleece, 1 hoodie, a baby snow suit and 2 adult coats. To me that seems overly priced. Very disappointed. However the cashier (an elderly man)was wonderful and very polite.

Cross this location off your list if youll need to park your car. Ive never found parking closer than 4 blocks away and it takes forever to find a spot! Its a dim and dingy place, I havent found their donations to be of a nice quality. Quite often items are broken or cracked. Their kids clothing is extremely limited and often overpriced for the condition.

One of the. Cleanest second hand store Ive seen. Especially in the City. Like many donations stores it can get a bit messy. So avoid holidays. They accept donation at the curb.

A shell of what it used to be for financially limited families. Prices have almost doubled and it appears to me that the quality reusable merchandise is seen going in as donations and never making it to the sales floor for public customers. Just disappointing altogether....sorry. It used to be a true offering of goodwill to many of for years.

Awesome Goodwill close to downtown where I sometimes work...if I get off early I jet over and always find something , even if its just a old CD for a dollar...

AMAZING selection in the womens clothing section. And the brands were Banana Republic, White House Black Market, JCrew, French Connection, Ann Taylor, Loft...I love this place!
