We refer to him as Dr. Neuro Spine God. After 5 years, close to 200 doctors telling her she needed a fusion, but was too young, or that she was making up her pain (we had a portfolio of scans and evals that proved othetwise...herniation L-1 --5), she had resigned herself to life in a wheelchair. She was done. My husband & i saw info about a procedure that made perfect sense, and convinced ger to give it one more try.Dan spent a huge amount of time, not only examing her back but also eval her quality of life. He couldnt offer a 100% guarantee , but at least 50% improvement. Fast forward 8 hours after surgery...she took her first 2 unassisted steps in 5+ years, and she WALKED out of Swedish less than 24 hours post-op.He has every right to be pompous, alouf...totally full of himself. However, in addition to being a highly skilled surgeon, he is a kind, empathetic, compassionate, caring gentle man. We thank him every Dec 18th for giving us our Christmas Miracle over 10 years ago. We love you, Dr. Neuro Trauma God...aka Dan!

Wow, Where do I begin...This Man is a True Jesus Christ in Person. i call it the second coming of the Lord. I led a terrible lifestyle prior to seeing Doctor Laich, My L5 S2 was damaged for years, couldnt play with my kids and everyday simple chores were a monotonous task, I took my battles hard. Finally I decided to see a specialist. Went to see couple of so called gurus Doctors. They told me my back was fine, I told them I suffered for years, no it cant be fine, but by some miracle I found Dr. Laich and with great doubt wanted to give a final try. Lo and behold I found my Angel. When he told me he could fix my back and give me second lease in life I cried. Long story short I had a Total Disk replacement and Now Im a Brand Spanking New Me. Feel like a teenager again. The recovery was fast and effortless. Didnt really need the Physical Therapy, because he did a such great job I healed quick, Now I could pick up heavy objects and most of all play with my kids. He changed my LIFE FOREVER. If I could give him a Million Stars I would. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. A true Gentleman and a Caring highly TALENTED Doctor. I LOVE YOU ...Dr. Laich. Thanks again.

Probably the biggest waste of my time ever. Was taken back 2 hours after my appt. time. Someone weighed me and took my BP. Never said a word. 40 minutes later I assume it was his PA. Never told me her name. I asked. She did a strength test and brief assessmentof my reflexes. At 3 hours AFTER my appointment time he walked in. He did not apologize. He stated he had no he had no control of his schedule because he works for the hospital. He told me malpractice is so expensive I have to work for the hospital. I shouldve asked what has the cost of your malpractice insurance have to do with my care? He spent about 10 minutes with me. He gave me a list of supplements to try. I told him I have tried several of the supplements over the years with no improvement. The paper also listed several diets that he recommended. There were 10 books he recommended. He circled 4 books for me to buy. He gave one website to purchase supplements. That was suspicious..why that website?I wont return. In my opinion both he and his staff were disrespectful of my time.

Dr Laich changed my life. Without his skill and compassion, I would have been disabled at 33 years old. I recommend him to all friends, family, and my patients in need of neurological care.
