He has changed my life. I have spent over $6K on ER, medications, medical visits over the last 2 years and after 6 months with him I was able to walk and function with little pain and fewer migraines. I love his holistic approach and warm heart. Scheduling is a bit of a pain but its worth it. I recommend him to everyone.

Today my nephew had an appointment July 20th 2020 at 9:00 a.m. we arrived at 8:30 a.m. and no one to attend to us no secretary no one was in the office, The doctor finally arrives half hour later and attends to us I am glad I asked again if they took IlliniCare Health medical card which they dont which the secretary said they did when I made the appointment, theyre not knowledgeable on what insurance they take so always make sure to ask once twice or three times because its a waste of time showing up and getting sent away by the Doctor, they need to train their staff better and make them knowledgeable of what insurance they take in their clinic and also have them show up on time very disappointed.

Made an appointment, took two buses there only to learn that the doctor wasn’t even in the office. I made this appointment two weeks in advance. I was taken to the ER with seizures and they gave me him as a recommendation, which is why I made the appointment. When I finally got in touch with someone she blamed me for making the appointment in the first place and told me I should have gotten a recommendation from my pcp. I was almost in tears because it was like she wouldn’t listen to anything I was explaining. After reading the other reviews it made a lot more sense as to why this happened. Don’t waste your time with him. Go to someone who’s going to care about what’s going on with you. In the end, I’m glad I didn’t waste my money.

The worst experience with this doctor.! Very rude and unprofessional. The worst experience I ever had with a doctor.

This guy is the worst doctor ever. He doesnt listen to the patient. He makes diagnosis but doesnt list them in the paperwork. Hes terribly rude and dismissive. Now that I see all of the other reviews, I know its not just my imagination. This guy should be put in front of a medical review board and stripped of his license. Please steer clear of this guy!

This girl scheduled my father at 9am 10-08-20 and Im looking at their hours now on google says they dont open to 12pm.

This doctor have the worst bedside manner I have ever seen... He doesnt bother to give accurate and helpful information to the ICU patients family.

Brought my elderly mom with neurologic problem at this clinic on this winter weather is such a task just to learn that the doctor is not going to be in for the day. Im very upset since I received a call from the clinic the day before to remind us of the appointment. And all the secretary said to me is its the machine who called us and not her. And the doctor doesnt even have clinic on Tuesdays. That secretary dont deserve a job there. The doctor will lose his patients bec of her

The doctor did not know how to write prescriptions. he put 2 drugs on the same script with refill for 6 months. the pharmacy turned it away because its illegal to put more than 1 thing on a script.then after writing me this prescription for a drug i have been taking for 20 years, i asked about any other drugs available for other conditions. he told me drugs are a crutch, and no one really needs them.he tried to charge me $200 on top of what my insurance paid, for literally doing nothing. i went back to my old doctor and asked them to work with me under the table until i could change my insurance.

Tried calling his office to schedule a family member- left 5-6 messages with his answering service for the past 2 weeks. No one ever called me back!!! Horrible!

I had good experience with Dr.Chappidi the only problematic thing is making an appointment

Went to see dr.chappidi cause i was having seizures and he was useless no help what’s so ever wasted my time and money copay of 100.00 he not professional at all he won’t return any phone calls or answer the phone no follow ups
