Dr. Lazzell has been amazingly helpful! I was drowning in online recommendations for wellness and fertility support and was seeking guidance on nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes, you name it! Dr. Lazzell spent over an hour with me during my first appointment, talking through all aspects of my health and then starting in to a treatment plan that was developed to fit what I had shared before and during the appointment. It included simple tips on reducing my exposure to toxins, how much water I should be drinking each day, the best vitamins and supplements to take (not just quantity -- also quality), and other recommendations. We also did a food sensitivity panel, which we reviewed in detail during my follow-up appointment. It helped steer me away (most of the time...haha!) from a few foods Ive been eating my whole life that I had no idea were causing inflammation in my body.
