I would give negative stars if I could. Prior to placing my order I called and asked several questions about the product options. The individual I spoke with clearly did not know what they were talking about because they told me the monitor I ordered was capable of things it was not. When the monitor arrived it was missing the accessories that were supposed to come with it. This delayed us being able to place the equipment in service. The battery they sent me did not work at all and did not charge at all. When I contacted them and asked them to replace the faulty battery they sent me, they told me I would have to pay for them to ship me a replacement battery and they did not care that they sent me products that dont work. The manager, Desiree, was argumentative and refused to be of any help at all. She assured me that they always go above and beyond to help our customers but would not do anything to correct their error. They seem to have absolutely no care that their sales of faulty medical equipment can lead to peoples death. Spend the extra money and go to a reputable distributor instead.

Outstanding customer service. Purchased several LP-12s, and all of them were services well by the technician prior to shipping. And the price was very competitive. I had a small issue with a couple items. However, customer services resolved the issue immediately the first time I called. I look forward to buying from them again and I would highly recommend this company to any EMS or Fire department.

This company was great to work with. We had a large transaction (almost $8000) and when we had an issue, they worked with us to resolve it quickly. Absolutely fantastic customer service!! We needed an AED overnighted, and I contacted ElecoTek prior to their opening for the day. Erez began emailing me almost immediately and coordinated with me to have the item purchased and shipped that day for next day delivery. Erez was very professional and went the extra steps, including following up the next day to ensure that everything arrived and was working properly. I decided to take a chance on purchasing a used Synthes battery drive and accessories. I did a lot of research and found one available through Elecotek. Erez provided detailed answers to all of my questions before my purchase. I was also informed that since the unit I purchased needed a Synthes Battery Charger, it wouldn’t be tested prior to shipping. Erez confirmed that Elecotek will stand by the product they sell me in case I was not happy with the outcome. The final cost was $6000. Shipping was fast, and Erez kept me updated on status until I received it. Unfortunately, when I was able to test it, it didn’t work as intended. I let Erez know, and he asked me what my preferences are in how to handle this situation. Because I got a good feeling about the way he handled every concern, I decided not to return the unit, but to agree to send it for a third party evaluation. Erez sent me a shipping label to make that happen. We found out it couldn’t be fixed reliably, so Erez bent over backwards to find me a replacement. Again, keeping me up-to-date on status the whole time. The replacement not only works well, but also came with a warrantee. I would normally have been worried about things not working out for this big purchase, but since Erez was so involved, I was at ease the whole time. Very happy with the purchase and will work with Erez again any time I get the chance. I only hope that my clients/patients are as happy as I am with how expedient and efficient Erez was.
