I had a fabulous experience with Robyn! When I came in for a consultation, she was so warm, patient and provided me with a variety of products to research before actually service. She gave me her professional opinion on what would work best for me but wanted me to research for myself to allow me to feel more comfortable with the choice. It was my second time getting lip filler and was nervous because the first experience wasnt good at all. I ended up bruising and swelling more than usual. She made sure they wouldnt happen and it didnt! I will definitely be going to Robyn and Northwestern Med Spa River North in the future!

Robyn was so nice. She took her time to answer all my questions in great detail. I found her advice to be honest and helpful. I’m so excited to try out the products that she recommended. The staff is friendly and the office is clean and beautiful.

To say Robyn did an awesome job is an understatement. I had made the mistake of going to another place to get my lips done for the first and it was just a disaster. When I wanted to get the fillers dissolved, Robyn was so patient, so kind, so thorough, and did an AMAZING job of dissolving everything. Its been 5 days since getting my lips fixed and Im completely back to normal. Even the girl at the front desk (blanking on her name) was so kind and even offered me fruit snacks lol. Today I had my first Botox experience. Starting off, Alicia was so kind and friendly. Robyn who did my Botox was very professional and personable. She explained everything and did not push me to do any more than what I wanted, which I really appreciated. I will most definitely be returning here for my next appointment!

Robyn was absolutely amazing! This was my first time ever getting Botox and she was so helpful in making sure I got what I wanted without doing too much. She was very insightful on what to do and what not to do, I felt completely comfortable in her hands. She also made sure to follow up with me 2 weeks after to see how things were going and even did a touch up for me which was amazing. Cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to get Botox!!

Robyn, an educated and experienced physicians assistant, did such an incredible job dissolving filler I had done by a previous injector. I was feeling really self conscious about this shadowy protrusion above my top lip. Robyn was so patient with me, listened to my concerns, answered my various questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and safe as she dissolved my top lip. I was planning on going back to get my lip refilled, but she dissolved the perfect amount and made everything look so much more proportionate and natural. In the future when my lips get smaller on their own I will definitely come back to her. She is very knowledgeable about injecting and really understands its not just about aesthetics, but about following safe protocols and looking out for a patients best interests. Her answers to my questions were so clearly based in a solid foundation of medical education- which is something of great importance when it comes to being injected with substances in sensitive areas of the face. It also helps that she is so empathic and a good listener. I have recommended a friend to her and if anyone else asks will definitely let them know shes the best!

Because of Med Spa River North and their incredibly kind, compassionate staff, I have totally reclaimed my self-esteem and have a renewed confidence in myself. Im currently receiving a series of Microneedling treatments to help decrease the appearance of scars resulting from years of dermatological negligence, misdiagnosis, and mistreatment. I just had my second Microneedling procedure last week, and I can already see a dramatic improvement on scars that I believed I would have to live with the rest of my life. I have visited the Huron street location twice now and have had great experiences both times! Alicia at the front desk was super helpful with showing me some skincare products while I waited for my botox appt. Robin did my masseter botox for the first time and re-upped my forehead. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. Robin was also the one who did microneedling for me at my most recent visit. She walked me through the whole process and made it quick and painless. They offer a package deal when you do three sessions which makes the price very reasonable too! Overall great med spa with great staff!

Beautiful calming space. Welcoming staff. Gina did a hydra facial which was a good combination of relaxing as well as effective. Robyn did Botox and filler and I was very happy with her technique...I usually bruise which I did not...and so pleased with the results. They are both professional and personable and obviously very experienced. I highly recommend the Med Spa and this location!

In general Northwestern Med spa is a great place. It is the place where you definitely can trust the staff. They are always honest and very knowledgeable. Everyone is so so professional. I go to the med spa more than 3 years now and i always was very happy with any of my treatments from very simple like peels to advanced like lasers.They just opened the new location in River North in Chicago. I think it is a great idea. The location is beautiful, super clean, new, fresh. The decor is amazing. It makes you feel very comfortable and relaxing.If you go there, i highly recommend to make an appointment with Robyn. She is a great professional.

LOVE my Aesthetician Gina!!! Shes so friendly and knowledgeable about skin. Ive been seeing her for a few years now and so happy shes now in River North! I saw her this week for laser hair removal and my second microneedling treatment and could not be happier with the results Im getting. My skin already looks and feels smoother and tighter. She always takes care of me. Everything at The Med Spa has top of the line equipment, they are super clean and sanitary. I was excited to have a spa day and support local businesses with the current state in this pandemic. I decided to get a chemical peel. Gina was great and exfoliated the outer layer of skin. Her professionalism for my first peel helped ease my nerves. After receiving the facial, I feltrefreshed and rejuvenated.

This was my first ever experience with tox and it was amazing! They were so patient with answering all of my questions and giving recommendations. Robyn did a great job and I am loving the results!!
