Their knee support was dreadful. Too many straps which did not stay up. I bought a better one from Amazon.The hand support dispensed a month later is excellent!

Rotator cuff surgery is not a pleasant way to spend a few weeks :-). That being said, Graymont medical made the recovery so much better than it could’ve been. The ice machine did wonders and helping my shoulder to recover quickly, and much less painfully then I heard.

Had shoulder surgery and use of an ice and compression machine was highly recommended for pain and swelling control. Wonderful service from Greymont in scheduling, delivery, pick up and explaining how to use the Game Ready ice machine. My only issue was with the machine itself and not with Graymont. For an ice machine that costs in the $2500+ price range to have to manually drain the melted ice and add fresh ice every 3 hours was inconvenient especially during spread-out overnight use and some system to keep the ice cubes frozen for longer (or even a closed sealed system with a built-in coolant) would have been much appreciated

The service and the machine were great. Used it on my shoulder starting right after surgery and it did keep the swelling down. Used it 5 times a day for 30 minutes each for a week as my doctor recommended and it felt wonderful. I only had to take pain pills for 2 days. Very pleased.

I had shoulder surgery and needed to use an ice machine for swelling and pain. The rep explained how the machine worked and answered my questions. The unit was delivered to me before my surgery and i had for the time needed for the swelling to go down. I never felt rushed to have it returned. They picked the unit up on my schedule which was great. Would definitely recommend this company for medical recovery needs.

The machine was very helpful in relieving my pain and swelling. I was upset that insurance would not cover the cost and that I had to pay for it out of pocket. I would have loved to have kept it longer for when I started physical therapy but could not afford it. Juan went above and beyond when he delivered a replacement machine on a Saturday when the one I had developed a leak!

The representatives were great. The one who dropped off the equipment and explained it to me was so patient with explaining everything. The rep that picked up the equipment was also nice and polite, I will never forget his name because it was the same as my son Darius.

They came to my house to set up my equipment explained how to use my equipment in full this was a huge part of my Rehabilitation the equipment worked perfectly they just picked it up after having it for two months and I must say I am recovering well from surgery thanks for them

Graymont provided me with a Game Ready device for cold and compression to my new knee. It is a wonderful machine and the explanation from the young man was easy to follow. I used it almost daily, sometimes several times day, right after surgery!! Thank you Graymont Medical!

I used the game ready machine after shoulder surgery and it worked great. The tech that dropped it off was very informative and had me put it on and take it off myself before he left. The tech that picked it up was here right when he said and both followed covid guidelines. The unit was easy to use and really worked well. Communications with graymont was also super easy and they are very accommodating.

UPDATE: AFTER MY INITIAL REVIEW, CUSTOMER SERVICE IMMEDIATELY REACHED OUT TO ME AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO MY SATISFACTION. THANK YOU. I was prescribed 2 small thumb braces, essentially splints, from this company for nagging arthritis. They were 2 different models and I was hoping to find a match for the better of the 2 online. I thought, How much could a little plastic and Velcro cost? Oddly, they werent available for retail. Then a separate bill for them arrived. It became clear why they werent available for $20 on Amazon. BECAUSE IT WOULDNT BE AS PROFITABLE. They cost $150 apiece with my insurance covering a little more than half. Absolutely disgraceful.

Have rented an ice machine post surgery. It has just stopped working, and there is no one available for tech support on Sunday. I still need it on Sunday. I’m still paying for Sunday, but guess I can’t get help until Monday. Not great for medical equipment.

Im so grateful my knee surgeon sent me to Graymont for all of my medical supplies post-surgery. They are incredibly responsive and the techs are kind. They take the time to explain everything very thoroughly and answer all questions. I had an issue with my knee brace and Graymont was here within 2 hours with a replacement. The best!

We have had an incredibly disappointing and condescending experience with Graymont and it’s representative. I would strongly encourage folks to find a company that puts clients and patients first and not their own convenience. My husband had knee replacement surgery Tuesday of last week in Illinois and were supposed to have the “game ready” device at home today (Saturday) in our home state. The company processed our payment 2 weeks ago and said they scheduled the delivery for our home today... After calling it’s after hours contact numbers three times leaving messages and getting a call back from its staff/representative we were told that we were not in an emergency situation because we would be calling him from the ER if that was the case and that he could not talk to or get anyone because of the weekend. Upon me explaining to him that he could email or contact SOMEONE that has information on the delivery of the product that we NEED he finally called back with a tracking number and more remarks that were condescending. UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT HAS NOT PROPERLY TRAINED ITS STAFF OR SIMPLY PUTS ITSELF ABOVE THE PATIENT WHO IS EXPERIENCING ONE OD THE MOST STRESSFUL AND PAINFUL TIMES OF ONE’S LIFE.
