I definitely didnt feel like any pressure was given to me and this was a gift to.my boyfriend for his birthday and he left unsatisfied as well. I AS THE CLIENT WISHED TO OF HAD A DEEP TISSUE and got the bare minimum. Definitely not worth the money spent.

Overall okay experience. (First time ever getting a massage)Staff said hello upon arrival.I requested more of a deep tissue massage with my masseuse but they insisted on a “combination of Swedish & Deep Tissue massage,” as a result, it really did feel like someone just simply putting oil on my body for the the majority of the time VS an actually massage.If this is your first time getting a massage (like it was mine), I would not recommend coming here first.It’s clear if you are a local/regular that the customer service is exceptional. Go to a place that will make everyone feel as important/wanted as a regular VS a first time client.

Honestly the massage was not good. My body hurts more today than before coming in. Told the lady twice it was too hard, not sure if she understood me. Room was too hot. Called prior to ask if parking was validated and they said yes, only issue is you still owe $12 since they didnt communicate it was a partial validation.

Best deep tissue massage I’ve ever received! Cassandra is an insanely talented and professional massage therapist and the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. The whole place is super clean and smells amazing. I will 100% be back!

The ambience was decent and the staff was nice however I was disappointed with the duration of my massage. I booked a 60 minute massage for 7pm. I arrived at 6:45 but my massage did not begin until 7:04. During the massage the masseuse left the room to get a towel at one point for a couple minutes and then concluded the treatment at 7:50. I essentially got only 45 minutes of the 60 I paid for. I was definitely disappointed.

I loved the option for the steam shower after the massageIt was relaxin, clean and tidy. The nail tech was friendly and did a great job on my mani/pediI will certain go back. Great relaxing experience! Used as a part of a wifey weekend, she was both surprised and enthusiastic over the whole massage and steam shower experience. I also got us the manicure and pedicure package which put her on cloud 9. The whole experience was worth the cost and more! Connie is a great massage therapist and very helpful with continued methods of relaxation. Parking validation was also a plus.

This team is incredible. My boyfriend and I had a Groupon Valentines date appointment scheduled for today and we had something come up last minute which made us severely late. The appointment was still honored for the amount of time we had left, and we both came out feeling amazing. This was my first massage experience so I didn’t really have expectations. But everyone at the front desk was so kind, efficient, and accommodating. We are super grateful to the ladies on staff today for helping us make this happen. We thank you for your patience. I would have been happy if someone just rubbed my neck and shoulders for 5 minutes, this was way beyond that. Truly a heavenly massage experience.

I LOVE this spa!!! Ive come here about 4 or 5 times for their massages and they are incredible! Very sanitary, especially during these times. They keep their gloves and masks on to keep you and themselves safe.

It was the most below average massage of my life. I dont have any other words to describe it. Masseuse was basically just applying oil on me.The people seemed good but that doesnt change the fact that I had to book the appointment one month in advance and after reaching there it was just a complete disappointment.Plus the one hour massage was rushed and finished within 45mins. There were 0 massage techniques used. I hate putting negative reviews but I feel like theres huge room for improvement here

Wanted to try them for a massage so called during their business hours to schedule and appointment. Left a voice message explaining what I was looking for and when and asked them to call me back. Never heard back from them. Doesnt speak well for their customer service, so wont be trying again. A shame because Im less than a 5-minute walk from them, so if they had been good I probably would have been a long-term client.

They are advertising a couples massage on Groupon that I was excited about purchasing to surprise my boyfriend for our trip into Chicago next month. I called ahead to make sure there would be availability for the couples massage they were advertising and was told they werent doing couples massages in the same room. They would be done in separate rooms. So, how does that name it a couples massage? I understand that some businesses are following stricter guidelines due to the Covid, but then dont advertise your specials as couples massages when they are just 2 separate individual massages. Im very disappointed, as I was really looking forward to it. So needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere

The front desk needs to be a little more welcoming. A smile wouldve been nice. My massage was AMAZING. I left put feeling very relaxed. I will be back again.

I called to make an appointment for a couple massage, facial and other services ($300+cost) It was my first time so I did ask a question or two before booking. The receptionist literally told me” I’m going to have to call you back, because this call is taking too long (the call was a total of 6 min) and I have 2 other people on hold for 5 min” (as if I’m not a paying customer as well.) and she didn’t call me back until 20 min after. I just booked somewhere else. What a horrible first impression. I was really bummed, since it had the exact package I wanted. Goes to say how they appreciate their customers.

Love this spa! I go every couple months for a facial. It’s super clean and has reasonable pricing! I’ve had a great experience every time I go.

The atmosphere was lovely, everything was clean. Thanks for use of the fan for quicker service. I needed a little more removal of dry skin. I added that to the questionnaire upon arrival. My nail tech was nice, but kept check of her phone time so I didnt get the service I was expecting. I was clipped a bit too short on my fingernails causing a star to fall off

This place is AMAZING! everyone is so friendly. the place is so nice, very clean. i got a facial and massage god the massage was everything and more! if you go, ask for miracle she’s so sweet and made sure to get all my knots out:) i’m so thankful. i feel great.

Swedish massage and facial were incredible. Manicure and pedicure not so much. Paid extra for a no chip. It was rushed. Nails weren’t shaped. Asked the lady to only trim my nails. She cut them down short. Did my nails at the same time my pedicure was going. I was told to watch out for my nails every time I had to reach across to place it in the UV light, so I couldn’t enjoy my pedicure. She seemed in a rush. By the time I got home one of my nails was peeling off! Overall it was a messy manicure. The no chip was coming over the side of my nails. Pedicure wasn’t bad, but there was more nail polish on my skin than on my nails (apparently a fresh out the school technician). When I asked the lady doing my nails if she was in a rush, she seemed very offended. I was given the excuse of, “it could be the nail polish or the color that caused it to chip and they couldn’t soak your nails to cut cuticles because your nails have to be dry for the no chip to stick.” Other places where I got a no chip done always treated it like a manicure first and then applied the no chip on dry nails.I’d recommend this place for a facial and a massage. Probably not for the manicure and pedicure!They did offer me a redo no chip, but only within a couple days which I was not able to schedule.

Called asking for availability and their response was and before I could finish my sentence they go No sorry were booked, BYE BYE 😂 Please, get better customer service skills.

Incorrectly booked our appointment and no follow up attempts were made based on what was stated as normal procedure. Incredibly inconvenient as time was taken out of both of my schedule and my partner’s. We lost several hours on our anniversary as well as the timing of the rest of our day. Truly disappointed and the issue was not resolved when it arose.

They are very informative about their product. The massages are very great for men. The women there are very strong. The place is very clean and customer service is excellent. The hours are very flexible with you schedule. They also do hot and cold drinks that is a plus.

I had a massage here on the tail end of a juice cleanse to make sure I was experiencing every benefit. I thought the space was clean and decorated to encourage relaxation. My masseuse was a tiny lady so I wasnt sure she was going to apply the pressure I was interested in, but man was I wrong! She was incredible and if she didnt have an appointment right after I would have just shown her where my wallet was and to keep going for the next couple of hours. When Im in the market for my next massage, Ill definitely be coming back here!

Very affordable, nice and pristine spa in goldcoast without the pretention of others in the area. They were welcoming and nice and there is always a deal going for a massage (Groupon). Miracle was a very good masseuse with my fiance.

My masseuse, Lana, did an amazing job. I havent gotten a ton of massages before, but hers was the best Ive had. She made me feel very comfortable and did a great job applying the right amount of pressure. My back and neck felt much better after I left and the massage was very relaxing overall. The spa itself was clean and nicely decorated and the receptionists were very helpful and nice. At the end of my massage, Lana asked if I wanted to take a shower or use hot towels. I chose the latter and it felt great to towel off with the steamy towels. The location is a bit sketchy at night, but super convenient as its only a few blocks from Clark/ Division.

Lyn is absolutely wonderful-- I will ask for her every time! I had an 80 minute massage and it was one of the most relaxing massages ever.

Well, I went there because of all the ravings about the place and I had a Groupon coupon for mani and pedi, I went there last Thursday (12/12/19)and got my regular mani-pedi. And on Saturday(12/14/19) the polishes are chipping off, the one star rating is only for the way I was treated by the technician and the receptionist, otherwise I wouldn’t even give this place any stars.When I called them on Sunday (12/15/19) and asked about this, they just put me on hold and never bothered to answer, so unprofessional.Save your money, don’t go to this place. What a waste of money and time.

I arrived there late due to weather conditions but they still accommodated us on a Saturday night.Place is very clean and looks very nice.Bathrooms are all equipped with a shower and all your bathroom needs.Couples massage room is nice and big, and a very warm and cozy environment.I enjoyed my massage and my girlfriend fell asleep during.

Ive been there for massages, facials mani-pedis and hair cut and color. I love it so much I often give my friends and family gift certificates for services. The prices cant be beat especially for the location.

Great service. I got two day at the spa packages with my best friend. The massage was great, as was the facial and mani/pedi. We would both go again. Everything was clean, professional and well organized.

Overpriced, not good, started at 6:45 and ended at 8:04 when it was supposed to be 90 minutes, took like 15 minutes for the massage therapist to “warm up the muscles with hot towels”. Don’t go here.

Awful massage. It was rushed, I was not asked at all what I wanted focused on. The 90 minute massage was only 70 minutes. Very unrelenting experience. I would have had more benefit sitting in a Brookstone massage chair for 15 minutes.

My massage was very relaxing, but the no-chip manicure was a little sloppy and started peeling sooner than my self-done manicures do.

You will enjoy every minute of it your body will be relaxed when you leave

My spouse went today for a massage, mani and pedi. It was a horrible experience all around. The front desk girl was rude and unprofessional. The massage lady didnt even massage the whole body. And the mani and pedi girl was more concerned about texting than tending to my spouses nails. A 2 and half hour process was skewed down to an hour and a half. Horrible place and unprofessional staff! Save your money and go elsewhere!

I had a 50 minute massage and it was just okay. It felt a little rushed and noises from the hallway made it hard to really relax. I also had a mani/pedi and all of the staff just seemed like they were angry which made my group and I very uncomfortable.

I found Heavenly Massage on Groupons. 90mins massage for $60. I brought two for V-Day weekend. Me & my fiancé showed up on time and was ready to get our massages. The ladies didnt really introduce themselves. One of the ladies seem to have an attitude & was trying to over talk the other lady, they didnt explain what was going to happen, they asked if we have had a massage before and said well thats what we are going to do today. The lady that gave me my massage was just awful. She was nice but she was extremely to rough. It hurt like HELL. My shoulder blade is still hurting today. I have had several massage before( one 2months prior) and I have never experience one this awful. I had to put a heating pack on my back the next morning because I was in so much pain. I will never get a massage from them again. On the up side my No-Chip Manicure was great. The lady was very nice she tried the colors I like on my nails first to see if they were a good color. We had a good conversation while she did my nails. I will definitely go back to her for my No-Chip Manicures. My fiancé also enjoyed his pedicure.

I initially went because of a Groupon I bought and now go frequently. I feel like it takes awhile to find a good masseuse, but I have been lucky enough to never get someone who I do not like. Seher is my favorite nail tech for mani/pedis. She is friendly and go goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable.
