I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but I had such an off-putting experience that I feel like I need to ... I booked a one hour massage via Classpass. When I arrived, the front desk girl (who also was my masseuse) led me to a dark dingy looking room. My massage started 15 minutes late and ended 15 minutes early, meaning I only received a 30 minute massage even though I prepaid for an hour. The massage itself was strange...she barely touched my back and spent nearly the whole 30 minutes on my legs. Within the first 10 minutes she had me flip facing upwards even though she hadn’t massaged my upper back, arms, or neck. Even though their massages aren’t too expensive compared to other spas in the area, it’s not worth the money. Save your time and $$ and go somewhere else.

This place is lovely! The people are really nice. The body scrub is very very relaxing. My girl really took her time lathering my skin with fragrant lavender soap. I was skeptical at first, but I would recommend this to anyone that wants to the try something different.

I try to come Body for a massage at least once a month. The staff is friendly, professional and easy to book. Plus they’re right on Belmont, easy to get to and convenient! They’re good at communicating with you throughout the massage, always making sure to apply the right amount of pressure. Plus they have later hours than most and can fit in with a busy schedule. I work out regularly, so it’s great to have Body to turn to. I always feeling refreshed and relaxed!

First time going to this place. Booking was super fast and easy! Not to mention it was last minute. Amanda was very professional and applied the right amount of pressure. I definitely recommend this place! I left feeling relaxed and happy. Open late hours is a huge plus.

BEST MASSAGE IVE RECEIVED EVER!I loved this place, the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. During this pandemic they are taking all the precautions needed and more. I saw them clean everything before entering and it calms you down. I will be returning to this place and will be recommending it to my friends.

This location is in Belmont but on a dark street. Door is always locked (legit spas never lock their doors!). You have to ring the doorbell and then a girl comes to open the door . The girls r usually very scantily clad. Professional masseuses wear all their clothes but here they wear dresses or crop tops and see through clothes. It is very suspect . Enter at your own risk.

The staff was very professional and friendly. I’ve been here several times and every masseuse/attendant I’ve received gave excellent service. As I walked in the aromas immediately bring you ease and comfort. Just a overall great environment, Highly recommend.

This place is a hidden gem. I got the sea salt body scrub the room was warm and private the water was soothing and my attendants were cute and nice. I def recommend.

I LOVE Body - Massage and Bath House!!! The facility is spacious, clean, has great ambiance, and I just LOVE IT! The staff are also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend getting a scrub (Mia is wonderful) and they often have great specials. I love visiting the different pools, steam room, sauna, and various large, heated rooms. The restaurant has tasty food, its so nice to stop by for a delicious meal.

I’ve been training for the Chicago marathon and I was having some serious soreness in my legs and lower back. Found this place on yelp and decided to give it a shot. Had an amazing massage. The facility was warm and inviting and the staff was friendly and extremely professional. I’ll definitely be back to this neighborhood gem.

When I went I had a 4hand with Emma and Jenna, they were so cute and professional and made me feel so relaxed. It’s definitely worth the splurge when you feel like a million bucks.

Ive been there several times for couple massage and our experience has always been amazing. Clean facilities and beautiful ambiance. I want to recommend something to enhance the experience which is allowing the guests to choose their sound tracks and adjust the volume inside the rooms. Other than that I have no comments and negativity about them. Thumbs up! Ill definitely keep going there for my massages.

I made an appointment last weekend for 8pm. I showed up at the place right on time but the girls were busy. I was told to wait 2 minutes. But the girls ended up being 15 minutes late! since I had to leave at 9 i asked to do a 30 minute session. instead of charging me for half the price because they were late, they asked me for an additional $20!! this is ridiculuos and a scam! why should i pay extra if the girls were late!! Such bad service!!!

We came here to rejuvenate after a long hike. The experience was absolutely fantastic. Just loved my time spent here---was traveling from out of town and needed some relaxation. I visited Body Spa (MasajNow) and found the experience quite underwhelming. In these times of the COVID-19 crises, one would expect them to be more careful... but it feels like there is lack of sanitation and cleanliness. The girls also are not careful with the customers. I would rate this place only 1-star. They shouldn’t operate until they fix their hygiene issues. Thanks.

Over all the best professional experience Ive ever had. Staff was absolutely friendly and warming. To top it off I was given coconut water! She asked if I had any injuries Ive told her about my right foot injury from a military accident and she was so sweet and nice about it. Ladies and gentlemen if your looking for something that is 100% professional. And 150% relaxing and 200% amazing costmer service look no more this is it. And lets not mention the hours!! Donto my crazy work schedule perfect!!!

Love this place! I come often and have brought family along. This is definitely a different experience. If youve never been to a public bathhouse, this will be a different/maybe even an uncomfortable first experience for you. But! The staff here is very kind and accommodating. They will walk you through the process. They also do their best to preserve the quiet and serene atmosphere in the bath house.

This place is the best. I go here every chance I get. Easy to schedule, wonderful friendly staff, and skilled at what they do. You must check it out! And Sophia is who I always ask for. She is amazing!!

I was looking for a spa to get a massage and was scouring through the internet. And then I came across Body (MasajNow). As I looked through their website, it became apparent that something was off here. The website has suggestive photos of young girls so you can only imagine what they are trying to promote here. And then when I read the reviews, it became even more obvious. All the 5-start reviews here are fake! They use the same tone and language in the reviews and some are even off-topic and irrelevant! Beware of this spa!

Pretty nice alternative to a soothing massage. Ive been going to Body - Massage and Bath House at least 3 times this year. I must update my review. I have to say that I still absolutely love it here. Im a minority and I never had any trouble at all. The staff were extremely nice and absolutely helpful. In fact just bringing my companions, theyve extended to bring their own family members and friends too on their own times.

First time trying out Turkish Bath. It was nice warm and relaxing. When I texted someone got back to me right away. I was able to get a booking with in the hour. Place was clean and cozy. Kind of tucked away. Staff was nice. I forgot my girls name but would definitely recommend!

These guys are operating during COVID without masks! The sessions are done without masks and the client and customer get really close and of course its indoor.Who knows how many people they have spread COVID to!

Mia was very good. Session was not rushed. Girls are nicely uniformed rather than jeans and sweat pants of other places. Hot tea offered. Tips are not pressured.

This Turkish Bath house is very clean and serene. Oh wow!!! What an experience! The Massage and Turkish Bath is clean and amazing. My massage from Kayla was fantastic! Love this place!

Way too much money for the massage. They claim a certain price but upcharge for nothing but the same massage that was promised.

So relaxing, had the best sleep of my life.

They advertise it as a Turkish bath. But this is what it is: You lay down on a stiff table. A girl washes you with a loofa. And it COSTS $100!!!Thats NOT what a Turkish bath is.
