An absolute great treat for yourself. Came here on New Year’s Eve 2021 and had the most relaxing time, I could have stayed all day! The massage is a must and definitely need to try all the different pools and baths. The staff were extremely helpful and I felt safe, even with COVID since they had capacity limits and everyone wore masks in between the areas.

We came to Chicago on vacation. Aires website attracted me with its photos.When we arrived we discussed No photos inside of the spa as no cameras allowed. I will say I was very sad for not being able to get any; the interior is a beautiful oasis as depicted on the website.There is a lot of staff inside guiding clients along.The massage I received, though only 45 minutes (I normally do 90) was thoroughly effective that even in its short span it was very beneficialThere are a number of pools and they seem to limit the number of guests so it never felt crowded. The 2 hour time limit was decent enough time for me.It is a great couples place, or special occasion place. I did feel transported.There is valet parking. We took this option. It seemed the best and easier course. They guided us afterwards to the spa which is hidden by the alley.

My husband booked a spa day at Aire for our anniversary. The location is very easy to miss as the entrance is in the alley and not street side. As you enter you can immediately feel the shift from the hustle and bustle of downtown to a relaxing experience. I was greeted and given a wrist band that identified the services that I was to receive. I was then escorted to the changing/ locker facilities. The changing room was clean and the attendants gave a tour and clear instructions. After changing I was sent downstairs for a message. Trina was excellent. Good pressure and very attentive. She asked several times if I was okay with the pressure throughout. The experience was good but could have been better and here is how. While receiving the massage I could hear walking above like we were in an apartment. Whoever was walking clearly had on heels and it was a super distraction to an otherwise relaxing experience. Maybe to absorb some of the sound a rug or carpet can be placed in that area. Once the massage was complete I was sent to enjoy the baths. The 1000 jet bath was my favorite followed by the floatarium. Very relaxing. You have to try the juice as well the Mango Tumeric is delicious. I would absolutely recommend giving Aire a try. You will not be disappointed.

I came here with my wife for a couples massage and done time in the baths. Everything was so relaxing I could have stayed there for hours. If anything, the one downside was the length we could stay. I would have spent all day there. Fantastic ambiance and the pools were so relaxing. Even with the covid protocols, everything was still worth it.

One of my favorite places to visit. Every time I visit, I am refreshed and feel like a new person. We need one in Florida!

My husband and I visited AIRE for our anniversary. We have been thinking about a new experience or place to visit, and I remember that a friend mentioned AIRE to me before.The ambiance that AIRE has is very relaxing and soothing. The decor, lighting, and music just fit perfectly. Staffs were also friendly and accommodating.They have many kinds of pool that suit your comfort, and two sauna rooms are also available. Our favorite pool is the indoor-outdoor pool, we love the waterfall outdoor as it really helped with our sore muscles. We also enjoyed the lavender infused sauna room.The couple massage that we had was probably one of the best massage that we have ever had. My husband and I cant stop talking about it.Our whole experience at AIRE was such a bliss and we cant wait to come back!

I really enjoyed coming here. I felt so relaxed by all the different baths. The ambiance was so calming, and all the staff were very kind. I knew instantly I wanted to come back. I liked that in the changing area, they had lotions, body wash, spray deodorant, and even a hair dryer. It was a wonderful experience. next time I come, Ill probably spring for a longer massage!

Tremendous service in an incredibly relaxing unique environment. Someone accidentally took my glasses in the bath hall and the staff moved heaven and earth to find them before I left. Highly recommend.

I am the type of person who values reviews, so I wanted to leave a honest one here so people know what to expect. I decided to visit here last Sunday, and its a great place, definitely has a nice ambiance as well. I paid for a massage, and time in the pools. Upon arrival everything seemed to be fine, all of the employees were welcoming while showing me around. Once I changed, and went into the pool area I asked when my massage would be? after a few minutes they told me that my massage would be in the next 10-15 minutes or so, and that I could go into any of the areas I wanted to. I would have preferred to go straight into the massage room with the time in the pools after. I chose to go into the steam room while waiting. When they came to get me for the massage walking into the massage room the floor was soaking wet with water, the bed was cold, and the noise outside the room made it very hard to relax. It was loud enough for the masseuse to apologize for how loud it was. I felt like the massage was a waste in all honesty. After the massage I went into the pools, only for it to be the same thing. People were not quiet, and once again it was hard to relax. I want to go back but during the week when it is less crowded, and I will not get another massage.

Loved my experience at Aire in NY, and Chicago did not disappoint! My husband and I really loved our experience here. We got the Himalayan Salt Package. Our Masseuses did wonders for us, we left feeling like we were walking on air. And a week later, my husbands skin has cleared up tremendously. He had back acne and thanks to the intense salt scrub, its gone... were so amazed and happy. The actual baths are lovely as well. Theres many options to choose from, and nice surprises not disclosed on the website. The layout of the baths felt like a maze at first and we quite liked that. It made everything feel much more private and as though we were discovering each new thing. Staff was also thorough and friendly. Highly impressed and would recommend again and again.

Treat yourself and go to AIRE. We had a fabulously relaxing evening here. The baths are gorgeous and varied. The staff are lovely. One note: absolutely worth going even if you don’t book an accompanying massage or other treatment. The baths alone are 100% worth it. Oh, and be sure to lay on the heated marble slabs…Only minor quibbles were that the juices are served in plastic bottles (out of step with the ambiance! environmentally bad!) and that there were a few places where the tile needed a good scrub.

Such a very unique experience! The spa is absolutely beautiful and every attendant was helpful, kind and extremely knowledgeable. The salt scrub used prior to bathing is amazing. Its a shame they dont sell it to the guests. I cant wait to go back!

This place is gorgeous!! This was my gift to my husband for our anniversary and was our first time here. Unfortunately some of the staff were indisposed, they assumed we knew where everything was and when we got to the baths the employee got annoyed because we were supposedly late and was literally rushing us into the experience. I found it very distasteful since we were there to relax... On a different note, the massage was one of the best ones I had so far though, the masseuse was very gentle and considerate. I loved the place, it only needs nice employees to be top notch👌

Omg! This spa is phenomenal. My husband and I went together. The staff is super friendly, the place was clean and inviting, and the baths were amazing. They were not overcrowded and we had enough space to socially distance. Three cherry on top were our couples massages! I wish there was one in our home town.

This place is a dream! It’s not the easy to navigate during Covid and it’s a bit pricey but it’s a beautiful experience.

They’re pretty much “overpriced” swimming pools at different temperatures and sizes. 🤣🤷🏾‍♂️. Getting a gym membership would be much more beneficial…Oh…and the masseuse was trying to purposely cause my back pain with her ELBOWS…so thanks for that too!

This is the most beautiful place that I have ever been. We had The Grand Indulgence Experience. It came with a body scrub and a 2 hour oil massage. It was wonderful! Its very intimate and dark inside with candles lit everywhere. The ancient baths are all a different temperature. The staff were all very professional with wonderful and warm customer service. We absolutely loved it. To visit this place is A MUST!!!!

Nothing can describe the experience. The outside bath was my favorite part. Its worth getting the massage package for a couple. I believe 7 different baths. I got in about 5. All different in their own unique way. Very romantic place. Almost feels like youre not in America.

Absolutely a beautiful place. I took my boyfriend there for a birthday surprise and we loved the place from start to finish. The massages were the absolute best and this will forever be an unforgettable experience.

I really love this place, I just wish the steam rooms were actually hot and not just warm, with a lot of steam. The caldarium and whirlpool are never hot either. The largest cold pool near the small steam room wasnt even filled. Its nice, its pretty, I like to go at least once or twice a month, but they can definitely improve.

Aire is very peaceful and serene with great staff. Our couples massage was amazing. The music was relaxing. The facility was clean. I cant wait to go back.

Love this place. If you need to relax and unwind, this is where it’s at.My massage was excellent and the baths were so relaxing. When I left, I felt so calm and felt like I could breathe so much better.If you reserve 135 min and your massage is 60 min. you’d have 75 min left for bath time. Just thought I mentioned that because I was so confused prior to going. Make sure you get there at least 15 min early because they will give you an introduction and you don’t want that to take away from your bath time.They’ll give you a robe and some shoes that you will have to walk around in. When you’re time is up and you go back to change, they’ll put your swimsuit in a plastic bag after they dry it. I’m pretty sure it’s just a machine that spins all the water out.There was just one thing that made me a tad bit uncomfortable and that was when they asked if we’ve been there before. I really didn’t want to know if the person I went with had been there before🤷🏻‍♀️I definitely can’t wait to go back tho!

Absolutely loved this place. For our anniversary we did a renew together and it was worth the money. We was treated like greek Royalty there. The vibe was relaxing We left feeling amazing recommend for anybody wanting to escape. Will be back when we visit Chicago again.

Must visit. Very relaxing. A good gift to a friend to buy a visit to the spa like this. Also have to take at least 30min massage, you will not regret.

This was truly a beautiful and relaxing experience. I received a romantic couples massage that incorporated hot towels and warm massage oil in a beautiful room that was separated by bead curtains and candle lit. The staff was also super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the experience. The therapists were personable, asked for concerns/feedback and offered advice post treatment. Words can not explain the soothing ambiance. It must take them at least an hour to light those candles in the morning! Even valet was seamless. Will definitely be returning to either this or the NYC location. Worth the money as a treat for sure.

Cool place. Pools and steam rooms were nice. However, I had one of the worst massages ever. Ive had better experiences at MassageEnvy, for one fifth the cost. She didnt even seem to know the pressure points! Either that or she simply wasnt trying. It was actually uncomfortable several times during the hour. The foot scrub was the only decent part.Also, the bathrooms and locker room werent the cleanest. I have high expectations when I pay as premium. My experience fell far below what I hoped. Really disappointing. Asked about my experience on the way out, I said It was ok. They didnt care. A good customer service person would have asked for additional feedback.

Wow this place went down hill! it used to be my favorite place and I didnt mind paying the money for the great experience. my massage was very nice except it was loud even though I was on the 2nd floor could hear a lot of loud people . what shocked me was the cleanliness and the staff ! the locker room and the shower was so dirty! there were 2 girls there just constantly walking around , and very very loud . made me very uncomfortable, I know it was closing time but they literally took my stuff out of the locker and brought it up front, I couldnt check if anything was left behind.. couldnt even dry my hair, I know its late but if you book a session till 11pm you have to give me time I need in the locker room, otherwise dont book it that late . the showers were DIRTY , no hair conditioner in any of the shower cabins, empty bottles on the floor. Mop leaning on the wall in the middle of the locker room . Before it used to be one lady you couldnt hear her or see her but the locker room was nice and clean . now its honestly disgusting and i paid over 500$ its not worth it ! staff around the place just dont care !

This is my second time at Aire. First i went for my birthday by myself. Second time was with my husband. It was even better the second time. Its like you are in a different country, ancient theme. Love the atmosphere. They booked just the right amount of people so the pool are not crowded. I enjoyed floating in the pool, the different pools temperature. Bathrooms are cleans, they provide you with a robe and shoes. Awesome experience, I felt relax. I will go back

Man, this place was just unbelievable! There are pools of different temperatures that you can hop back and forth throughout.They give you a robe to put over your bathing suit, some water shoes you keep on the whole time, and then they can provide you with a disposable mask if you dont have your own. You can take your mask off while in the water, but you have to put it back on while you walk around out of the water.I was sad that for the price you pay, you didnt get to take a robe or the shoes home with you. That would have been a really nice bonus! Even one of the bracelets would have been cool (you have to wear specific bracelets for what you have access to).But it is just the greatest experience ever! If you have the money to do it, I highly suggest it!!

The atmosphere, pools, waterfall and cold plunge were very soothing and peaceful and renewing. If you are looking to do something “zen” and out of the ordinary with a date night I’m not sure that there is a better option. We used the cold plunge and every one of their hot pools. Everyone working was very nice and the facility was clean.

Great experience, the massage was superb(couples massage) added foot scrub was definitely worth it! The ladies at the front desk, and the lady in the womens locker room were extremely friendly and professional. The overall environment was just fabulous. I think the valet is Worth it, even though there is street parking, b/c you may not be able to find a spot. No need to bring basic toiletries. They supply all if it for you, great products too. No need to worry about what type of swimwear to wear because you can wear a 1 piece, or bikini.(very dimly lit, so a bikini will look even better 😉) I actually really like the fact that they enforce the silent rule. If people were yelling or talking loudly it would ruin the vibe. They give you a tour, offer refreshments, and then after your massage you can tour the baths. If you have never been, I STRONGLY suggest doing this, it was quite the experience. In my opinion the price is VERY reasonable considering all thats included. Its dimly lit, which makes everything relaxing/romantic, and candles everywhere which we absolutely love. You will have an assigned locker, to keep your things in. You will not regret going there, it was truly unforgettable.

I love the calming relaxing vibes within the atmosphere as well as the calming vibes that you and your guest can share as well because I bought this as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and we both loved the pools as well as the great relaxing massage. We will be back!

It was a great experience BUT …I had a Holistic Ritual, and at the end of it my massage professional applied a mask on my hair - OMG, I wish I knew about what’s going to happen next! I can’t wash it out, like at all! I washed my hair today about 15-20 times by using all of the shampoos that I have at home - still greasy.Tomorrow I’ll try a dishwashing liquid 😭 Hope it will help.Of course with the hair like this I can’t go further than a grocery store (only).Bud after feeling

Aire is a hidden gem in Chicago. We did a package that included the baths and a couples massage. Unfortunately they had an issue and we had to have our massages separately, but because of that we got more time in the baths. I think we could both lay floating in the salt bath all day. Its so relaxing. I get massages about once a month and can say the massage therapists are very talented. Would highly recommend Aire if you need a relaxing day. Cant wait to go back.

My husband and I visited 8/31 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We chose the Himalayan Salt package.Everyone was so warm and hospitable; Valet attendants, bathroom attendant Charice (I think Im spelling her name incorrectly) and staff throughout AIRE.The only issue I had was the lackluster hot rock massage I received by the male masseur. I have had great massages from great spas. I found my body tensing throughout the massage, and I was thinking about my to-do lists. Lol usually I am asleep during my massage, however, this experience kept me awake!the masseur was by very nice and I didnt have the courage to give him feedback about my massage.Last thing I want want mention, the ancient bath temperatures is awesome!

I booked the Escape Together Experience for Two - the experience was underwhelming for 500 dollars. The baths themselves are nice enough, located in a renovated warehouse in the heart of Chicagos Westloop. A pretty cool venue that actually looks quite inviting and intimate. The issue is with the massages given, along with the lack luster amenities that I find hard to discern past the ~35 minute massage and small subpar fruit juice given that they attempt to use to justify the 280 dollar price difference from the baseline bath price for two people. The massage therapist was not knowledgeable, did not inquire about strength, areas to focus on, and was inconsistent with the other therapists work. I woke up feeling extremely sore, and found out after my massage that my partner had a starkly different experience including a variety of different areas massages compared to me, with more compresses used, and accommodating to the client that the therapist went out of their way to inquire. My therapist did not even give me direction as to where to place my things... felt rushed and lazy for the money I was paying. The massage is also shorter than they advertised on their website. VERY disappointed and will not be purchasing or recommending this experience again to anyone. It is a shame, because the baths themselves are nice and I think worth it if you are willing to splurge for a special occasion. Do not waste your time on any of the other perks.

Love this place... Every pool had its own personality, even the cold ones, and the staff were praiseworthy. A highly recommended sublime experience, especially for those special occasions!

Pretty nice. They make you wear some kind of slippers and you keep them on inside the pool, while walking, and even in the restroom, which I thought is not very hygienic.

1st visit was okay, I enjoyed the ambiance more than anything. My second visit was terrible. Most of the workers down by the baths especially the manager was not much help and seemed very disorganized for the amount we pay. Definitely finding another place for my massages after this experience.

This was my first visit to AIRE and overall it was a really nice experience. We did the Couples Indulgence experience and really, really enjoyed the body scrub and massage. I couldve gone without the 15-min foot massage and taken an extra 15-mins on my back or neck but it wasnt bad. Honestly, it was the best professional massage Ive ever had and Im pretty critical (Ive had less than 10 total in my life so take that for whatever its worth). I liked that the pools and steam rooms werent packed. Im not sure if thats a COVID thing or if its always like that but I really liked how much space we had. There were many times we were the only ones in a pool.From a business perspective, there are some things that couldve made the experience better when considering the cost. Meaning, the more I pay for something, the closer Im going to analyze it and be critical of it. So, thats why Im giving 4 stars. Nothing concerning that even warrants being added to the review except for the freshly squeezed juice. Since I knew we were going to be there for 3-hours, I wanted something other than water to keep us going. I actually paid extra for the juice because its not included in the Indulgence experience (it was $12/juice). However, it was never offered to us. We didnt know where to go to get it and no one ever asked us about it. So, from a business perspective that sucks for you because when I was checking out, I absolutely asked for that $24 to be refunded since we never received it and I didnt want to just drink it as I was leaving. Was it the end of the world? No. Would I go back? Yes. Just a suggestion to make sure that customers are getting everything they paid for and that youre not having to issue refunds as a company.

Definitely will return ! Clean, well organized and very relaxing. You have to go your first time as an explorer, then on your follow up visits you will know where to go and what to skip. I found the lavender steam room the best of the two steam rooms and the indoor/outdoor pool was my clear favorite. There is nothing like sitting in steaming water under the moon.

Heavenly! We went on a Tuesday date night. It was not crowded and they offer a weekday discount. Very relaxing and takes you completely out of the big city. Service was excellent. The massage was one of the best Ive had. Great date night/ staycation spot.

My wife surprised me with an late afternoon date here for Father’s Day & all I can say is…….🤯🤯🤯 The whole experience blew my mind. We did the wine bath, the couples massage and the different baths. I enjoyed every single thing about this place. I’m hooked now and can’t wait to go back.

The massages were good, however I felt rushed there after. You did not get the opportunity to be in the moment. Also the spaces were small. We had a couple experience and instead of being in the same room we were different rooms. It felt like we were rushed to move on in the pool area. I was expecting a more intimate experience instead I felt like cattle in a herd..Ive paid hundreds less and felt more relaxed. I wont be back.

The worst experience Ive had in less than a week. Im heading out to Chicago for the weekend from Boston, and wanted to do something different with my boyfriend. I booked a couples message, which first of all I never got a confirmation . Second They took the payment out of my account. And third the place had me calling my bank, saying it was my bank. Called the bank they confirm it wasnt them, that it was the spa that took the money. Called the spa again they not only took the money, but I had no reservation booked at all (how weird?). So now I dont only NOT have the money, but no reservation either. The lady I spoke on the phone was horrible, never apologized was laughing, and Never offered to even give another accommodation for another day or anything. She basically said I have no reservation, and they couldnt do anything about it.

Annoying how you describe the benefits of the baths prior to massage then give the massage before bath time. Oh yes, spend $250 on 60 min massage/bath package and do it backwards. I’ve had it both ways and I can say IT DOES MATTER!

Baths were good, the massage was good. But the massage was not 80mins, it was more like 60 and the front desk refused to listen to our concern and understand the situation. And the lady at front desk should be trained in customer service and math.

Extremely relaxing experience. It was much needed after an eventful and tiring weekend in Chicago.The facilities are beautiful, clean and well maintained. The locker rooms provide all of the necessities or luxuries that you may need.As you move from one area to the next, a deep level of relaxation sets in. From steam rooms to the different pools, everything provided a unique and relaxing experience.We will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Chicago.

I visited this spa on the 12th, forgot my airpods in the locker, called the following day and they said they didn’t see it in their “lost and found”. My “Find My” app reported that it was located there. I find it hilarious that as soon as I called the spa and two hours later, the airpods were removed from my list of devices. The receptionist was extremely rude when I asked about them- “this isn’t an apple store this is a spa” as if she didn’t want to understand my request after detailing my reservation. Hope whoever got it gets an ear infection. Terrible after-care customer service!

An absolutely must visit! Saw the advertisements and my best friend suggested we visit the spa during our winter break and it did Not disappoint! I can’t describe the ambiance as anything other than rejuvenating and relaxing at the same time. From the amenities to the lighting and sounds. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. We enjoyed all of the various pools: jacuzzi style, cold plunges, aromatic steam rooms! My favorite was the “floatarium” as it’s the closest I’ve gotten to my quest to try a float tank. Best part is completely letting go and...floating because when your ears go under water you hear the wonderful music playing in underwater speakers. There’s a hot tub that is outside as well and you can swim under a divider to get to it. There’s a waterfall out there! So relaxing. Absolutely want to visit again. Also enjoyed a 30min massage. Music lends to a meditative experience. So happy with my first visit. Great gift and date idea.

We really enjoyed our few hours at AIRE Ancient Baths! We enjoyed that it was very quiet due to Covid restrictions. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Loved the atmosphere with whispering and all the many candles. We really enjoyed the variety of temperatures for the different baths. Would definitely recommend this experience!

Amazing, decadent relaxation and sensory bliss as you move through several pools. Float in salt water, swim under a wall to see the city sky, shock your body via hot/cold water transitions. Contemplate life in the quiet, uncrowded space. Love this spot! I have taken many people here and they all share my positive regard. I go with the gals but many people come as couples which is cool but sometimes they get a bit close and kissy. Can’t wait for the scented steam rooms and salt tower to come back post covid-definitely added to the experience.

I have visited many spas in the Chicagoland area and Aire is by far my favorite. We did the sports massage coupled with the bath experience and it was amazing. I cannot say enough about it. The staff was attentive and on top of cleaning and offering refreshments. The locker attendant was friendly and seemed interested in our small talk. The baths are where this place shines. The interior is not only awe inspiring it is very soothing. The steam rooms were not working when we were there due to COVID restrictions so I would like to go back for the full experience.The massage was done very well and my massage therapist was very firm and handled deep tissue well. She applied cold and heat to relax the muscles and even gave extra attention to my shoulders and arms. Totally impressed.

We wanted to try something different and this definitely fit the description! We had a wonderful time relaxing and just spending time together. We were a group of 7 and Aire reps were very accommodating! Overall we loved our experience! We definitely want to book again.

Had a great spa experience here. I first visited Aire at their NYC location and loved it so much that when I find myself going to Chicago I had to book time. Overall it is amazing. The spa, while somewhat different than the NYC one, is extremely amazing and the are a few different experiences like the waterfall spa. While I definitely prefer the NYC location, I highly recommend trying the Aire Chicago if youve never been. Now Im hoping to find myself visiting Barcelona soon to try their location...

The most relaxing experience of my life

My partner booked us the experience for two back in December and we were counting down the days this last week. I was impressed from start to finish! We did do the valet service because we couldnt find any parking spots nearby and I am glad we did because it saved us time. The ambience is warm and welcoming when you walk in and the lady up front was helpful and had a great upbeat attitude. This was our first visit so we did receive a tour of the locker room, which was loaded with amenities that you may have forgotten at home (hair ties, q-tips, shavers, face masks, shampoo, conditioner, etc). We were able to experience all of the baths together and only sat in the same tub as others a couple of times, which was nice for us. The massage was incredible and when they were finished they had our swimsuits heated up and ready for us. When we were finished in the baths the workers in the locker rooms were on top of their game and dried our swimsuits for us and the valet had our car up front and ready to go.As far as COVID-19 precautions, I was comfortable with everything they have in place. The employees were all wearing masks, they have you sanitize your hands before going in the baths, have sanitizer stations as youre walking around, and they provide disposable masks. They also ask you wear your masks outside of the baths while youre walking which did not seem to be an issue for anyone while we were there. We went at 10am on a Tuesday so there was plenty of room for all of us to be spread out. This is definitely an escape worth doing and I look forward to returning when the steam rooms reopen.

Self care is essential. Spend the money, you won’t regret it. This was easily in the top 3 best experiences of my life. I didn’t want to leave here. Very clean, well kept, and helpful staff. The massage was also amazing, and so was the juice. 😍

What a wondrous experience we had here! If you need to disconnect from the fast pace city life, the hustle and bustle of work, or just the constant cellular notifications this is the place!Here you step into what feels like the past and the future of relaxation! There are steam rooms, salt baths, massages, and pools of multiple variations! Are you shy? There is a mist here that shields your perfect imperfections giving even shy little me courage! Forgive me for not providing more images, but I’m sure you understand why! People relax here, absent fear of anyone taking pictures! Leave your phone, and your clothing behind, save your swim suit and embark on a journey that leads to a more relaxed, rejuvenated, and refreshed you!

Amenities are nice, however service can be considered somewhat impolite. I felt very rushed while changing to be escorted to the baths (it was my first time), while inside was told to keep quiet (understood, however there were groups of people speaking somewhat loudly). The pools are warm at best while I really wanted something hotter. Also, because of covid steam room was closed, and you really want to get sweaty and more relaxed there. Overall the experience was very pleasant but I felt like a sauna /steam room was definitely lacking. Otherwise I dont get the need for 7 different pools which are pretty much the same thing.

My second time here, would definitely recommend. But what I would suggest is the personnel to be a lot nicer, especially one of the lady upstairs who introduced us the lockers and everything. Kind of rude and way far from professional. Ruined my mood but per total was a great atmosphere.

One of the best spa experiences Ive had. Went on a weekday during Covid and practically had the whole place to ourselves. Had a couples massage and the massage was so relaxing. The baths were very clean and it felt very safe as there werent many other patrons there during our time slot. Highly recommend!

Its was great the only thing I would change is that they need to communicate better with each other (staff) instead of asking the same customer can I see your wristband every 6 minutes…

The place was great, good music and ambience. Nice experience inside the place. The staff was good, excepting the host at the front desk with long nails, she was not very kind and she is not good explaining anything.

Most relaxing self care experience ever. Fantastic staff. Tranquil setting. Truly an experience good for the mind, body and soul.

Overall fantastic experience I will say but there is tremendous room for improvement. Service was a little underwhelming. They did give us a tour of each pool and explained the temperature so that was nice. The massage was about 45 minutes and very relaxing but they did not go very deep. It felt like we were constantly being watched everywhere which I did not like. Also we had juices with our experience package and I only got them after I asked for them, shouldn’t have to ask for something I paid for. The attendant in the locker room was a bit rude and made me feel rushed while changing into the robe. Other than those complaints, I feel like it was worth it but a bit overpriced still.

Everyone should experience Aire! I took my husband for his birthday and he loved it!!! Everything was amazing, the staff was wonderful and the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. We are already planning a trip back!

The experience is very top notch!! The environment was very relaxing & comfortable. We enjoyed the waterfall bath & the jets. The massage was very nice as well. I appreciated the hot oils he used & that they wrapped your bathing suit in a hot towel while you get dressed so its nice & warm. I loved the locker room attendant. She was very nice & imformative. The cucumber & lemon infused water was refreshing. The salt scrub made my skin so smooth. The whole experience was well needed. Definitely my new fav!
