I got the best manicure (no-chip) I have ever gotten at Mercy. The girls were so sweet and even were able to bring me back a little early when I showed up ahead of my appointment. The attention to detail on my nails was amazing - my cuticles look incredible and the actual manicure is flawless! Will definitely be coming back :)

My nails are always intact weeks after I get my no-chip done. They will be super overgrown but never chipped. Always great service.

Ive had 3 fantastic experiences here and especially loved my mano/pedi. Unfortunately, though, scheduling can be tough, which is why I give them 3 stars as its just not reliable. For my last appointment, I called the day before to confirm, and the person who answered seemed irritated and asked me to change the time on my appointment, which I couldnt do. She suggested I simply cancel instead of working with me to find a time.

I just had the absolute BEST facial from Mira! I knew she had magical hands from her waxing my brows for more than a decade, but this facial was wonderful. I was so relaxed and comfortable, that I had to check the time because the hour went by too quickly. And although Im a makeup girl, I walked around fresh face for the rest of the day because it felt so good. The next day was even better! Mira is amazing!!!!!!

Vicki is awesome! I’ve been going to Mercy Beauty Spa for a couple of years now. I have thick Asian hair and not a lot of stylist know how to cut it. Vicki does a great job every time. I don’t even have to tell herb what I want - she just knows what to do. I would highly recommend!

Nina is fabulous for a manicure and pedicure! I am very picky and she is the only person I trust. She is very welcoming and you can tell she loves her job! She does outstanding work everytime and you will walk away feeling wonderful and relaxed! And of course with beautiful hands and feet!

I have been going to Vikki for a couple months now and shes wonderful. My hair looks great! And it has been pretty easy to get an appointment for last minute bang trims when I foget to schedule them in advance, which I appreciate. The salon is clean and bright. I got a manicure there once as well, and I forget the name of the woman who did it, but she did a great job, was gentle on my cuticles, and the polish actually seemed to last longer than usual even though it was just a regular manicure. Magic!

Mercy is the best salon. I am a permanent costumer of Vicki and I have been going to her more than 10 years for haircut . I don’t live close I live in north suburbs. Even though her salon is far it is totally worth the trip. Every time I got hair cut she always makes it look so fabulous. I got a lot of compliments for my hair from a lot of people and they always ask were I go to get my hair cut. I don’t like to get same haircuts all the time so every time I got different style haircut from previous haircut and she always does a excellent job. She knows what would look good on me and she knows what I like. I have tried other hair dressers before since I live so far but it was always a disaster. I will only have Vicki cut my hair as long as she is hair dresser. She is the best hairdresser ever. I’m highly recommend her to everyone.

My family and I have been going to George for over ten years. I made trips back to Chicago to have him style my hair even when I moved out of state. Yes, he’s that good! Goerge takes excellent care of my hair and I simply think the world of him! As for the shop, it is bright and well-kept and there is convenient and affordable parking on site. Definitely book an appointment with George, you will be happy that you did!

Mercy Beauty Spa is the best spa in the area. Vicky cuts my hair, and it is perfect every time. Other services that I’ve had include massage, facial, and mani-pedi. Give this spa a try - you will be very pleased, I promise you!

Nice salon and in the perfect location. I’ve gotten a couple of pedicures there and it’s actually time for another. Staff is really nice. Im yet to get a manicure but I have gotten one done when the technicians were at another location. I do recommend it.

Super nice owner and team in a peaceful, quiet spot in Printers Row/Loop in Dearborn Station.I had an excellent pedicure and conversation with Anu! She was very thorough with my boys feet - trimming and refining them into presentable appendages. She exfoliated and massaged as well.They have a large selection of OPI, offer hot chocolate/tea/coffee, and play good music (Frank Sinatra and the like).Ill definitely be back for a manicure once my nails grow out a bit. I may try a facial as well because they will do extractions, which I desperately need.For ClassPass, Manicures are 7 credits, Pedicures are 13.*FYI, another woman I had was really rough and cut my toenail down the side... never do this! She basically gave me an ingrown.

One of the best Mani pedis Ive ever had. She took the time to remove my dip manicure without pulling out a drill or destroying my natural nails. She cleaned up my cuticles without snipping at my skin as some technicians do. Perfect. This is now my spot.

Just got a cut from George who was awesome and did a great job!

Called around 11:30. Stylish said she can fit me in around 3:30. I show up at 3:15. She says I’m running behind about 30 minute. Ok no problem. It’s now almost 5 pm. I’m still sitting here. I said to the stylist you could’ve called me and told me to come later so I could plan accordingly she goes well I fit you in. Ok well next time don’t. I’m unhappy the way this was handled. I’m going to stay and wait but this is honestly rude.

I had a wonderful experience with them. Everyone is friendly and pleasant and one more thing I recommend if you want to get your hair done this is the place ask for George

I was told by a few friends that this was a great spot for mani pedi. Initially i was dismayed because o couldn’t get an appointment then finally I had time to go and called the day before and viola!! The young lady at the desk was very nice and apologized that I would have to wait a few minutes. While waiting she took off my polish and offered me beverages. Then Ms Vicky the nail tech came and she went to work. I swear it was like my first pedicure ever. WOW!! Her attention to detail was like no other. By the time I left we were like genuinely BFF!! Sooo easy to talk to and very much a perfectionist. She took her time to make sure every detail was awesome and it was awesome! I will admit it was a bit more pricey but after going now I see why!! Awesome customer service and first class mani/pedi. I found my new home for nails!! P.S. next timeGonna try a facial too!!

George cut and colored my hair and he is absoloutely amazing!!!! I had never dyed my hair and was a bit nervous and didnt want anything too extreme and he gave me the most beautiful balayage and a very lovely cut that was exactly what I wanted. Not to mention he a wonderful guy! The salon itself is very beautiful and a wonderful, comfortable environment. All of the staff are so nice and I cant wait to come back!!! Highly reccomend for any of your hair/beauty needs!!!!!
