Great staff! The office is brand new and very clean. Dr. Kovach and Monique were both friendly and professional. There is a private parking lot just behind the building, so parking is not an issue. I went in for a LASIK Consult and walked out with a surgery appointment within the month. Definitely was not expecting an available surgery date until towards the end of the year.Very excited to finally get these eyes fixed and within the month too!Thank you Dr. Kovach and Monique, you guys are awesome!

Dr. Goldberg is the best doctor I have had for my eyes. I have wet MD and had a stroke in one eye as well. She makes sure I am o.k. and keeps me up to date on my shots. She is a very caring and wonderful person as well as doctor.

I felt I was being hustled. I also felt disrespected by Dr. Kovach’s senior assistant. I was given incorrect information about cataract surgery from a member of his team which I confirmed with another highly regarded source. Dr. Kovach himself was very pleasant and courteous. I wonder if he is fully aware of some of the talent surrounding him. There are people at the Chicago location who were very nice. But, overall, I won’t be going back there.

Got injured last year, and went in for treatment. They helped me through all that, and even called me to check on my progress between appointments. When that was all done, they fit me for some new glasses, and I see much better than I did on my old glasses. Always nice and helpful. Great location for downtown workers.

Dr. Kevin Kovach is an excellent doctor. Great friendly attitude and excellent in explaining what will happen to your eyes if you are having CATARACT SURGERY. A little pricey but worth it. Some of the staff from Elmhurst went out of their way to help me with the process. Very sensitive assistants. I would recommend Dr. Kovach. Read about Cataracts and its alternatives before asking questions about any part of the process as he will answer them. The only reason I dont give it a 5 star is because the insurance department had a problem getting back to me on a timely manner.

I arrived 6 minutes earlier than the appointment time, filled out all forms online beforehand, but had to wait for an hour and a half to be seen.Dr. Kovach did not seem to want to spend time addressing my concerns but instead tried to sell me LASIK surgery. Plus he didn’t even care to wear a mask.

I waited for 40 mins, I inquired about wait time, was told it would be another 30 mins, then they’d dilate my eyes, then another 30 mins. Then they asked if i wanted to schedule a follow up - no thank you. Terribly unprofessional and I will not be back.
