I received very good care from the physician I saw there. Ive never had a problem with service or treatment. I like the location and the free parking. My only concern is that they dont have gynecology at this site.

This billing office is fraudulent.Like many other comments already state, they will incorrectly bill you for services not provided, then completely deny you any recourse.I am currently into the 3rd month of disputing a fraudulent medical bill, which they sent me to collections over. Without any notice beforehand.I will be reporting this group to the Better Business Bureau. Avoid at all costs.

Go to literally any other doctors in Chicago. These people consistently lie or charge you for services never rendered and then tell you that there is no dispute process. Then you have to spend months working with insurance to prove you are correct, only to have them drop you as a patient.

NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! THEY ARE OPEN BUT DONT ANSWER

Personally, Ive had nothing but positive experiences when visiting this Northwestern Medical location. Ive see my primary physician about three times a year and Ive been going into this location for several years now. The staff up front is efficient and helpful whenever I need assistance and the resources and level of care are exceptional.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. Won’t prescribe, referred me to several “specialists” that charge double anywhere else in the city.

20 mins late would not allow me to see doctor. I was treated like i was asking them to pay me for service. It used to be a nice place to go never again would I visit this location. By the way i ask to reschedule for later in the afternoon was told there wasnt anything open! What a joke!!

Receptionists are impatient. The nurses don’t know what they are doing. The doctors are very rude.

So far:1) no waiting to check in2) only one outlet (for phone charging) in entire waiting room3) very clean looking
