Everything else is fine but customer service is terrible just like what everyone said, they answer and would directly put you on hold as if you didnt even called, and when I arrived to place, the girl working up front is very rude and treated me as if I was wrong. You could really tell they dont even care and just doing their job

Dr. Rubio and his M.A. Socorro are phenomenal! Both have excellent bedside manner, very thorough and take time to listen to the patient. However, Nancy the office manager is on the completely opposite side of the spectrum. My mom called to make an appointment for her sore throat which was causing her loss of appetite and Nancy diagnosed her OVER THE PHONE with COVID and told her she cannot step foot in the office. That’s it no more options or resources given. It got worse when my mom informed her she got tested and was negative and feared it was strep - Nancy then informs my mom “y eso que” that even thought she tested NEGATIVE she should quarantine for 2weeks! I then call my self because I couldn’t believe what my mom was telling me. Nancy answers I explain sort of because she kept interrupting me and placing me on hold needles to say I got the same vile attitude with no resources or options like video appointment or leave a message for the Dr. I understand first hand working during this pandemic that phone calls need to be screened however, that should follow options, resources, and more patient advocacy! Risk Management have been contacted due to malpractice on her part, and leaving patients to fend on their own and possibly going to the ER for something that could be a simple office visit if she only took the time to hear patients and help them out. And I know we all are human and can have bad days but this behavior was every time we called 4 different days in one week hoping to speak someone else . She should not be in customer service let alone healthcare during these very difficult times.

Overall experience, I’m very satisfied with Dr Noel’s professionalism and willing to help. The staff has gotten better. I wanna say the manager there, Hispanic women with glasses is very helpful too. They have gone above and beyond on a few occasions for me. Thank you guys for your efforts to make things convenient as possible.

Rubio is an amazing doctor, these stars are only for him. For his staff? -10 they NEVER EVER EVER pick up the phone. The Filipino woman has horrible English and doesnt understand what you are saying. Good luck getting through over the phone and be prepared to just walk in and schedule your appointments. I also hope you dont get stuck with that lady who doesnt understand anything. They need to get rid of her! Might as well get rid of the phone too since they dont know how to answer it.

The Dr. is a good but the staff is rude they dont listen or understand, they gossip a lot & never pick up the phones every time it rings they always put me on hold & never pick up. I tried making an appt for my 3yr old & had no luck i had 3people call at the same time & it seemed like they didnt care i called from the time that they opened until 4pm an hr before they closed & i still literally couldnt get through had to take my son to an E.R at the end whats the point of having a pcp &cant make an urgent appt or the soonest they have for a sick 3yr old whos feeling worse as days pass by when the office doesnt pick up or even care very poor customer service and care

Dr Rubio is great but his staff is very unprofessional. Every time I try to call his office they put me on hold without even answering or dont bother to answer. I went to the clinic and the receptionist is gossiping with the rest of the coworkers and not bothering to answer the calls
