I can’t say enough about the amazing, high quality, compassionate care provided byDr. Muriel Jean-Jacques. The quality of care she assured I received and the leadership and education she provided to her colleagues was outstanding. Her bedside manner, attention, communication skills and self-assurance is comforting. I am not a frequent patient in hospitals but I can say on the occasion I had to be admitted to Northwestern I was first impressed with the treatment and professionalism from the emergency room to my exit. If you have the occasion to be a care recipient/patient, you are in very good hands.

Dr. JJ is a caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, phenomenal physician who is consistent from one visit to the next. She spends time actively listening to what you have to say, and this quality is so reflected in her well thought through responses and strategies. I do not mind having to wait if she runs a little behind because I know she is providing another patient the same care she delivers to me. And that is AWESOME!!

I LOVE DR. JEAN-JACQUES!!! She takes her time with each one of her patients and will answer all questions in detail. She will be hard on you if you dont do what you supposed to do and that is what I love about her; Dr. Jean- Jacques care about her patients! When I left Northwestern and found out my new employer insurance would not cover Dr. Jean- Jacques, I was deeply crushed. BUT our insurance plan changed for the better and I ran right back to Dr. Jean-Jacques and hugged her and the team at my first appointment back with them. My daughter is now 18 and I will be switching her over to Dr. Jean-Jacques..... She is a true BLESSING!

Dr. JJ is one of the most caring, supportive, intelligent physicians that I have come across in my many of years as being a sickly individual. Thank you for you always knowing what to say to make me feel better!!
