Dr. Judy Joseph has excellent bed side manners and cares about his patients. He always provides excellent care. He is my primary care doctor and is always available when you need him and provides prompt responses. He cares about his patients health. His staff is caring and professional. He is an AWESOME Doctor!!

Amazing doctor! He’s my primary care doctor and he took care of me in and out of the hospital. I had a VAD and I was lucky enough that Dr. Joseph told me to go to the hospital right away when I told him my symptoms. If it weren’t for him, I don’t know what would have happened to me. He made great follow ups with me and was very responsive through text. He’s really one of the best doctors in Chicago. I highly recommend him.

My old primary doctor said I just had a cat scratch but I had to get a second opinion. Went with Dr. Joseph he quickly knew the symptoms and knew what I had. He send me to the ER and got my disease controlled before it damaged my inside organs more then it had already done. I am very thankful he gives everyone his cellphone number for Incase of emergency I can quickly send a text and he’ll reply with help. And I can get same day appointments when needed.

Came in with a deadly disease and Dr. Josephs bedside manner made me feel he was the one who could cure me and he did. He was dedicated and also got the right people to help treat me. Followed up with me and I cant thank him enough. Never in a rush always takes his time to explain exactly what I need to do. So glad I found him.

Completely unprofessional. I was referred here to get some blood work done, visited twice, and left with no answers. While Dr. Joseph seemed kind and composed, his staff does not reflect that by any means. He kindly asked me to leave because i upset his front desk employee, Cheryl i believe, to the point where she was screaming and hollering. I was asking her very simple billing questions, all of her responses come with a free nasty attitude, no clear answer, and when told i can do without the attitude, she started screaming and name calling like an out of control toddler. She even screamed DONT MAKE ME GET HOOD ON YOU ...yea... Mind you i never so much as even raised my voice, this is the type of people that work here. Doc, if an employee is that out of control and bringing their home to work, you really should be asking them to leave and not your patients, best of luck.
