You know...I really wanted this to work. But not only is the receptionist so unprofessional and uncaring I thought it was a joke... But he supervisor is rude and pushy. He made it very clear that he just wants the money for the case and doesnt care about privacy or respect. I am looking for a company that does they deserve my business by knowing HIPPA laws and respecting my familys wishes... But these dudes cannot even respect my questions about if they have a caregiver for a certain town, I would be crazy to let their bakwaas anywhere near my family. Thanks for weeding yourselves out as ignorant and uncaring! Have a great day ^_^
