Last year, I became ill and required home health care for two months. Prior to my discharge from a 2-week hospital stay, I was asked to choose a home health care agency. Having been quite sick, the task seemed overwhelming... I reached out to friends and former coworkers as I had previously worked for a hospital in an administrative capacity. A close friend recommended Happy Home Health. They had tended to my friends mother following heart bypass surgery and provided wound care for her following the surgery. I trusted my dear friend and selected this agency.Sarah Choi showed up at my home and we began my care plan. I was instantly at ease with Sarah.. she is kind, professional, thorough, an expert at wound care. She provided me with excellent care and I knew that I was blessed that things worked out the way they did.Sarah and her staff were available any time for my questions and I could see that she was so happy as my wounds healed. She is truly a wonderful nurse, a genuine caregiver, and gets great joy from helping people.Years ago, I was the primary caregiver for my father prior to his passing and, through that, I came into contact with many doctors, nurses, caregivers, CNAs, home health aides, hospice care workers, etc... of all of these, Sarah and Happy Home Health were some of the most exceptional and a true to blessing to me.I am forever grateful and would recommend them to anyone who needs home health care!

My father has been using Happy Home for his home health care services since he was discharged from the hospital in April. Since day one, Sarah and her team have really gone above and beyond for my family. My father is on TPN and it took some time training my mother on how to connect/disconnect daily. Sarah and one of her nurses, Rebecca, did an amazing job teaching my mother and making sure she was confident and comfortable with the entire process. Being a caregiver can be extremely nerve wracking and its comforting knowing that Sarah and her team are available to answer any questions we may have. The nurses and physical therapists at Happy Home are all amazing - very kind, caring, and patient - and they have been taking such great care of my father. Happy Home has really helped us get through one of the most difficult times in our lives - thank you!

I would rate Happy Home Health zero stars. There is no communication between the agency and the physician. They expect the family to call the physician for orders. After begging them to get orders for a foley catheter and gel mattress for the bed for 4-5 days, I had to call the physician to obtain the orders. They wanted the family to call 911 and send my father to the hospital to put in a Foley catheter. When they finally came to insert the Foley catheter.they couldnt do it. I had to insert the Foley catheter for my father. They were disrespectful to me and my family and did not act in a professional manner. They have little knowledge regarding wound care and demonstrate poor assessment skills.They collected a urine specimen on Friday and never followed up with the results or called the physician.We had to call 911 and transfer my father to the hospital with a UTI. Because if their negligence , my father had to be hospitalized. I would not recommend this Agency to anyone..

Insurance approved therapy and I gave the authorization code too which was provided my insurance but waited for 2 week didnt get any appointment.i called the lady at happy home care she said we still need fax from insurance I called dr office to give me new referral for therapy coz I need it cant wait more they wasted my 2 weeks

This agency took care of my grandpa before. They provided an excellent service and no question that they are the best!!!
