New customers beware.If you like to be talked to like a not so bright adult this is the place.If you want exorbitant prices made up on the spot here is the place.The selection is not as varied as storefront shops.2/3rds of the floor space is taken up by cases of star wars pipes no one buys because of the ridiculous prices.They claim to be the biggest shop in the city.Only in square footage definitely not in stock.Rude staff,store opens at any given time not when listed on door,high prices made up on the spot,mediocre selection and poor quality glassware.Give this place a pass.

My favorite smoke shop in the city! The prices are about what youd expect from a smoke shop but the difference Ive noticed is that the employees know the products better than other smoke shops which seem to stock their store and hope the customer doesnt ask any questions.

I loooove this place! I come all the time. The workers are great - I have come to find myself looking forward to going there and talking to the employees. Prices are great and they have a solid selection of products. Highly recommend if you’re in Uptown!

This place is amazing. My girlfriend And I went in there expecting a regular smoke shop but it turned to be better so elegant and clean I could smell the cleanliness in the air. The displays are clean and nice and prices are bomb we left with a couple CBD carts and some vaporizers that the amazing guy behind the counter showed us. We didn’t get his name but he had some nice curly hair, we had great time talking to him and he had some really good suggestions and information. 100% coming back to this place next time I’m in Chicago. Great location too.

Much better places to go to than here.Make sure you call them before you stop in because they like to be closed during business hours a lot and made a lot of wasted trips there.You can find better shops in the area that are actually open during scheduled business hours. Wasted money on multiple Lyft rides there and when I got there the front door was locked but open sign on.

Consistently not open when they’re supposed to be. Few times i have stopped in they don’t know what they’re talking about saying they’re out of things i can see on the shelf. As others have said they don’t stock replacement parts for things they sell either. Not really sure how this place is still open.

The best place to go for all your smoking needs. Wide selection of pipes, CBD products & also kratom. The staff there is the best. Plan on making new friends :)

Horrible experience. The worker at the time closed down the store 1 hour early on a Friday night and Refused to sell me anything before he closed down the store and escorted me out of the store....

They dont want to stock anything for the items they sell. Only in it to sell the expensive item to you and then not carry anything for that product!??Lazy, one good employee, and the other is 😭.You can get better service at at mobile cart than there. Talk about attitude. I said my opinion.

I don’t know what these other reviews about bogus customer service are talking about, another person reviewed said going to secrets shop is better. Don’t make me laugh. Secrets has Quality glass but will charge you an arm& leg. The worker at the shop was very helpful and enthusiastic about answering my every question they had about the new cbd section!

Great experience. They guy who is usually in there is a gentle giant. Very nice guy, very helpful, and when you get to know him very caring. They have a large variety of products even if youre not going in there for water pipes, etc (but they do have a great variety of those). Nice incense, etc. I would highly recommend stopping by.

Open for businessLaid back staff provide unintrusive assistance and store has a wide variety of items and lighters. I will say that pricing seems somewhat arbitrary. Compared to other shops some items are way overpriced but then a few items are also well under priced in comparison to other smoke shops.

This is the worst shop in the entire city! The people there are extremely unfriendly, the prices are way too high especially for screens!!! They want $2.99 for a pack of screens. Highway robbery! I dont recommend this place at all. If you really want to go somewhere and you dont mind a drive depending on where you live go to Secrets which is located on Clark Street near Belmont those people are friendly and helpful and kind. Secrets has a better selection and prices.

Very limited selection of e-juice, and they don’t sell replacement coils OR standard batteries that most vape mods require. Juice is a bit more expensive than pretty much every other shop I’ve been to unless you’re in the suburbs. If you’re going to advertise yourself as a ape shop, you should have batteries and coils.

Great customer service, nice variety of products and Gabriel is an amazing seller, very knowledgeable and friendly ! 😊 I recommend this shop to everyone in Chicago and also is very close to the Green Mill

Huge, clean, and well lit. The item I was looking for was wayyy cheaper than I expected. The location is excellent.

I love these guys and the selection they have. You are also free to roam and shop without constantly being hounded about needing help, that being said, if you do need help or want to see something closer, theyre right there to help you. Ive had nothing but great experiences. Theyve been here for years and I used to commute from Evanston to come.

At the top of the game in product availability, and owner was very well informed and graciously accommodating, handled many other incomers professionally, intermittently between all the questions I had for him. I look forward to revisiting.

CHEAP GLASS! SAVE YOUR MONEY!I have bought two bowls for my bong from this place. Each bowl costed $18 tax included and both broke at the center hole from from cleaning. The bowl broke bc the glass is cheap. Absolutely ridiculous. I should have learned my lesson with the first bowl piece I bought form here. They over charge for cheap glass that they purchase at wholesale for.I also have a friend that has bought a grinder that chipped the metal teeth on the first use into her bud man. They tried to blame her for breaking it when she went in for a refund. Refused the refund btw.CHEAP PRODUCTS!!!Will be taking me money somewhere else forsurePls dont buy from here unless you want broken pieces a week later

Lost a regular customer over a buck. Lucky i needed the hitter that second or i would have walked out. Either way it cost them more to process the CC transaction rather than take the $5 cash for a $6 product. Little twerp working should be taught economics instead of following a sham policy probably written on a napkin.

This place sucks...spent 150 and came back 3 days later because the hoikah pen leaked oil, wouldnt stay charged and i ask to switch it out ans they wouldnt let me.smh very disappointed!!!

I got ripped off good... paid $140 for an item that I immediately went home and saw on the manufacturers own website for $100 and even cheaper from other resellers. Enjoy the extra money, cuz itll be the last you see from me!Edit: out of poor judgement I went back for a small item... total was $9.50 or so, and he wouldnt take my debit card because it was under $10... seriously over a few cents? This place is the worst headshop Ive ever seen across a half dozen states.

Why is this listed as a tobacco shop? Why are all the views vaguely referential to their products.The smoke dreams they are referring to are found at the end of a bong or hookah. If you need those supplies then they have a wide selection.

Says they are open until 10. I’m here at 5:50 on 3/31 and they are closed. This is no way to run a business!! Very disappointed!!

Really wide selection, but the staff is extremely rude. I asked for a price on an item that wasnt labeled, and the worker reacted like I was asking him to give me his car. Maybe it was just a bad day for the guy working, but I wont be back.

Was suprised what i found

Questionable quality merchandise. Oddly oversized store very sparsely filled with product. Went to purchase things for a friend and all that was carried was either off-brand knockoffs or potential expensive counterfeit items. Would rather shop elsewhere.
