Kristin Houts from Feed Nutrition is amazing! She came to my school to teach a class on nutrition. She has a wealth of information from general health and nutrition to specific dietary conditions and medical conditions. She was engaging, funny and informative. She has many ideas that span a variety of needs and budgets. She covered all of my students questions from healthy portions, diabetes management, gluten allergies and how to make healthy food delicious. She even brought healthy samples for them to try.
