Pattie is very helpful and provides a caring touch. She was able to suggest bras that fit properly and look natural and guides you through the whole process. I highly recommend this shop.

I live in the suburbs and I was a bit nervous about going downtown. But it is so worth the trip. Thank you so much second act!

I took my 80 year old grandma to see Pattie because my grandma is a breast cancer survivor. She needed a special bra. Pattie was so nice and so understanding. The place was so warm and nice. There is a complimentary tea bar and just the feel of the place is wonderful and feminine. We walked back to her office and she explained everything to us with wisdom and compassion. She walked us through many choices and measured my grandma. After we were done she helped my grandma put on her Jacket and her hat. Just a nice caring touch. This place is amazing and I would welcome people to come here. This place does a lot more too. But I would call or stop by to find out, I was focusing on my grandma and I dont remember all the other amazing things that they did there. :) Thank you Pattie!!!!

I was having an awful time finding new masectomy bras for my Mother. Many companies I contacted didnt have them & many of the customer representatives didnt know what I was talking about - very frustrating. Patty at Second Act changed all that. She knows her stuff!! Second Act has so much to choose from & the atmosphere was cheerful & warm. Patty was also patient and kind to my 86 year old Mother. I was glad I found her & her shop!!

I called second act because I saw it had good reviews. It turns out they were right I got to go to the store and got helped. I also had my doctors prescription and my insurance information and I got covered for my prostheses bra! Now I feel more comfortable and feel better thanks to second act !
