Madeline at Opulence is an actual skin miracle worker! I came in with adult acne in full swing, dark marks, and just generally unhappy skin. Madeline was amazing in listening to my specific skin concerns and addressing them perfectly. She did a chemical peel on me that worked wonders and targeted my acne scarring. Alexandra at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful. The space itself is very cute and always appears clean. Sarah, who I receive treatments from, is personable, knowledgable, and answers all of my questions without hesitation. I’ve only had good experiences at Opulence and highly recommend! I’ve even had to reschedule a couple of times and have been able to get in within a reasonable period of time (within a week).

The Opulence West Loop office is BEAUTIFUL! From the front entrance to the every step in between you are welcomed with warm friendly faces. One of newest and best is Madeline. She is not only extremely knowledgeable but the sweetest, kindest, funnest girl. I did my first ever hydra-facial with her and she walked me through every step, warned me when things may feel “spicy” and gave me follow up instructions. The process made me feel at ease and comforted knowing I was truly being taken care of. Couldn’t recommend Madeline more!

After initially getting filler from my dermatologist who was known to be great, then visiting Opulence after my filler went away to get my lips redone, and comparing the two, it’s like night and day! NAD therapy is an absolute MUST TRY. I am on less caffeine than ever, dont even feel like I need coffee when I wake up anymore. I also have been accomplishing so much physically and mentally. Went to Ashely for my BOTOX and lip injections and I was so impressed with how smooth everything went. The whole team is so kind and attentive! Ive dealt with facial redness and acne scarring for years. Tried all sorts of topicals and medications but to no avail. I recently had Sophie do the microneedling on my face. The procedure was fairly painless. Your face is numbed with a topical and then you just feel like prickling feeling when the procedure takes place. It was quick, less than 15 minutes, but depends on your individual area of trouble.After a couple Ive seen noticeable improvements already. That was my first session, looks promising, few more sessions to-go! Finally I feel confident and hopeful this might be the solution Ive been looking for.

Got a covid test for travel here as I was promised a quick turn around time. As promised we received our results in less than 24 hours! This isnt like any Medical office Ive ever been to and thats a good thing. I always feel uncomfortable going to any type of doctor because the environment is usually very stuffy and discomforting. Here the atmosphere is warm, vibrant and artistic. Ive been seeing Dr. Kiran Chekka for his knowledge on hair regeneration. I wanted to get my hair back but I wasnt interested in cutting corners or getting hair plugs. His approach is to work with your bodys natural chemistry and boost it with exflo injections. Ashley is the best injector I have ever been to. I’ve been getting Botox and lip injections for about 8 years at various places in NYC. When I moved to Chicago I was on the hunt for a new injector. I saw her beautiful work on Instagram and decided to try her out. She has completely transformed my lips. I had a very over filled bottom lip that made my “chin” or under lip bulge. I was always nervous to dissolve it, but she helped me through the process. I came back a week later and she refilled my bottom lip. It was hard for me to accept the less is more concept but she has proven me wrong and it looks beautiful. I have had Botox and my lips done around three times so far and I’m ready for my next appointment. She is well worth the drive to the city. I even convinced my mom who was visiting from out of town to go in for some Botox. Ashley is really sweet and professional.

I went into opulence looking for a solution to a problem I had for years. I read online that Botox helps with teeth grinding by injecting into a muscle found along our jawline.
