If you have body goal, this is the place to achieve them! Alex is an amazing coach along with Jennifer that is full of energy and there motivate you every single step of the way. You will never have a boring workout and youll always feel welcomed and at home. The members are just as amazing.

I have had such an amazing experience at Bolingo Fitness. Alex is an amazing coach/trainer!! I havent felt this inspired and motivated in such a long time. I actually want to go to the gym and workout!! The atmosphere is great as well!!

I can’t begin to tell you how this place has changed my life. No more yoyo weight loss. Great team. Great coach. Great location. Clean facility. AMAZING workouts. Feeling better than I’ve ever felt thanks to Bolingo and the price for a boutique gym and personalized training here is out of this world. No hesitation...I’d sign up again and again and again.

Not only is it a super comfortable environment, the members are awesome, friendly, and helpful. The instructors are amazing and pay attention to make sure everyone is doing things right and feeling well. This is the first time I’ve found such a great group environment to work out in and be a part of.💪🏽❤️👍🏽❤️💪🏽

I have been with Bolingo Fitness since Day 1 and a loyal client of Alex for over 3 years. As an “OG” I can proudly say I absolutely love everything about Bolingo. It’s really a small family of people wanting to loose weight, gain muscle or just be fit/healthy ... together!I am working postpartum after just having a baby and already seeing results. I would encourage anyone looking for a fun, encouraging environment to check them out!

OK so I don’t like going to the gym, but I enjoy working out and I want a better healthier stronger body/lifestyle. (like JLo LOL) So, I decided to try out Bolingo Fitness. I did personal training and group classes with Coach Alex and I have to say I am happy I made the choice by joining and keep going. I have more energy than ever, I feel more motivated, even to get up early in the morning for the 5:30 am class. Whoever thought!!! But because Coach Alex makes it fun and makes every day a different workout (surprises us every time) you will never get bored, which I like and need, you just get more motivated to come the next day. Everyone supports each other. You will receive the guidance you need throughout the workouts. Oh, did I mention Jennifer very energetic trainer who also motivates you to a better hard working you. You will not regret it! Just try it!

I absolutely love Bolingo Fitness! Alex is well educated, informative, attentive, and can help everyone reach their individual goals! He’s great at learning and knowing his clients and always pushing them that extra mile! No class is ever alike! The support from the members at bolingo is nothing but amazing and positive! Easy parking, easy public transportation options both CTA Blue line and Pulaski Bus. No excuses y’all!

I’ve been a loyal client of Alex’s for over a year and a half and followed him over to Bolingo Fitness because I trusted the process and the results have been amazing. I have more energy than ever, I have never felt better, and at age 33 I am in the best shape of my life. The support you receive from the members at Bolingo Fitness is like no other. We push and motivate each other so that we can all become the best version of ourselves. No gymtimidation over here. No workout is ever the same which is why I keep coming for more. While some workouts may be more intense than others, everyone is to go at their own pace to increase their endurance as time goes on and the trainers (Alex and Jennifer) will tell you that and also guide you throughout the workouts. If you’re tired of the same old gym environment with cocky meatheads and lack of motivation, get to Bolingo! You will not regret it!

Going to the gym has never been a priority cuz I will admit that its another chore on a long list of to-dos for me. BUT I do feel an extreme sense of accomplishment when I am done which is worth it every single time. I joined a new gym and with an enthusiastic trainer (Alex Morales) and a great group of people sweating next to me, I can honestly say I look forward to class...imma do it, but I might complain the whole time. My OCD self keeps a log and in these here 31 days of January, I have worked out 16 of those days and it may not seem like much...but for me, thats the best Ive EVER done. Looking forward to February! Every class is different and thats one of the things I love most...keeps me on my toes.
