Had a great experience with Dr. Maday who treated me for my post ACL reconstruction issues and educated me on future treatments I may need if my condition progresses. I highly recommend Dr Maday, especially for arthroscopic knee procedures.

Tried to call and schedule an appointment spoke with a woman named Nancy who immediately tried to push me off to the ATI next door. Instead of asking investigative questions to actually help because I needed a check up for a wrist sprain. When I told her I had county care as insurance that gave her even more fuel to get me off the phone.I was referred to this center by some amazing nurses and thought after calling another establishment who graciously tried to help and guide me that I’d at least figure out my next steps to heal.Thanks Nancy for increasing my social and medical anxiety in the already intense climate of 2020. Dr Heller performed a excellent rotator cuff surgery on my shoulder. Not only did I have a speedy recovery with very little pain meds to be administered, my scars healed very well.they are hardly noticeable. Thank you Dr Heller. Dr Strugala is also gem. Very knowledgeable of anything regarding pain, stiffness etc that’s in your knees.

Dr Heller is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Stugala set me up with the right therapy for my back injury. Their office staff is very professional.

I had a great experiences at Midland Orthopedics. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I saw Dr. Hook and he was very thorough. I had bunion correction surgery and was very happy with the result. I would highly recommend Dr. Hook.

My provider refers me here. Serious problems with appointment staff and front desk. They have a packet to fill out had me fill it out about 4 times (different visits). They then tried to call me to cancel an appointment by calling a 10 year old phone number, with all the forms they never updated my number.They scheduled an appointment for April 5 and recorded it in their system as April 17. When discovered they were rude and implying it was my fault when it wasnt. They did this with a high degree of arrogance.

I was very happy with overall experience, I was seen by several doctors within the group and could not be happier with my result. The office does not have excessively long wait times, the physicians are thorough, Dr. Hook was exceptionally understanding.

Dr. Maday was the first doctor that has ever sat and listened to my complaints about my shoulder pain without interrupting me. He attentively listened to my complaints, and sent me for an X-ray on the spot which came back clear. He then sent me for an arthro MRI, and it turns out I had a torn labrum.Dr. Maday did my shoulder surgery, and it couldnt have gone better. I had the surgery 4 months ago, and I havent felt this good in probably 8 years. I have more range of motion than I did before the surgery, and am able to use my shoulder pain-free for the first time in forever.The office staff is always super friendly and really helpful, and the surgical coordinator (Erika I believe) was fantastic. The wait time when calling to schedule isnt usually very long either.Sometimes the wait to actually be seen by the doctor takes a little longer than you would expect, but thats pretty normal in high volume offices such as these ones.

Dr hook is a Moran bn going there fr a year telling Me well we mite hv to do Srgry had no idea wat was going. On finally aftr a year a intern says I think its vascular so thn again after no diagnosis by him he comes in the room o I think its vascular I go see vascular says no thts not the prblm aftr Doppler test saw cardiologist not blood clot tday I go in to see him to tell. Thm not vascular anthr intern comes in says I think neurologist .tht can help uDr hook comes in we think neurologist can help u again after intern suggest so I tell him ok go see neurologist come . Come back he says no theres nothing I can do fr u no need to come after a year of billing my ins fr 5 min in room each visit nothng he can do hes a real Moran mite as well just ask fr intern he hsnt got a clue and Dr maday saw me once fr knee o nothng wrong my knee has bn in pain told him 4 visits nope nothng wrong find anthr place to go he has no idea. Wats wrong and i would just like to add k c the woman tht does the billing is pure laziness i hv to insurances to pay med bills i hv to spoken to this woman 3x when i was going there shes nvr in the ofc so i hv left multiple mesgs there a bill fr 51 dollars i stoped going there a year ago and i start getting this bill a year and she wont respond to my calls like i said the insrnce is there i called they no bill like that was ever submitted so im not. Paying it lazy who waits a year to send a bill t smone she has more attitude thn brains in my opinion and thats just laziness 1 year ridiculous i just wanted too add finally smone who cares i finally spoke to dena and she chkd my insrnce and took care of my remaing balance thnk you dena great job
