BEWARE!I came here on a Saturday with symptoms of a UTI. They told me I didnt have one, didnt treat me for one, sent me to get an ultrasound of my bladder.Sunday night I was in so much pain I went to the ER... I did have a UTI so bad that the infection went to my bladder and kidneys! I was in the hospital overnight and sent home with meds for 2 weeks!THESE BOZOS CALLED ME BACK A WEEK LATER! To tell me that my bladder ultrasound results came back normal and I was fine! EXCUSE?!?!!! They misdiagnosed me the first time which landed me in the hospital and now are giving me inaccurate test results a whole week later! Ridiculous!I explained to her that I was already in the hospital and treated for my symptoms correctly there! No apologies, no explanations! They should be ashamed of themselves! Do NOT go here! Go somewhere with an actual professional doctor who knows what they are doing!

At WinGate Hotel, I was pleasantly relieved that this company provide rapid covid testing accepted by Delta airlines, and with same day results, that I was able to meet my flight requirements on time! Very happy and highly recommended!!!

Literally profoundly horrific service and medical care. I waited an hour and a half for an appointment to get a TB test read. In the meantime they were calling people back all while a young man was waiting while bleeding profusely from an injury on his face. They did not have a Spanish translator available, and I, another customer with incredibly limited knowledge of Spanish was left to help him. The person behind the front desk was actively FaceTiming with a friend while I was trying to speak with her. The medical assistant lost my paperwork and then mocked me for being somewhat short with him by asking me “is this good enough for you? Is this up to your standards?” Honestly I could’ve dealt with the poor treatment and long wait times which are typical of urgent cares but I draw the line at just blatant rudeness, disrespect and no translation services in a largely Latino area. I would not recommend their services to my worst enemy.

If I could give this place no stars I would.We walked in for my 5 year old daughter. I told the receptionist the reason we were there and she said hold on and went to ask the doctor. Came back saying “the doctor doesn’t feel comfortable taking her in” now to me the words not comfortable mean he didn’t feel like dealing with us. If he wasn’t qualified for what we needed for our daughter ok then say that but he didn’t so I can only assume he did not want to do his job. Didn’t even have the decency to physically see or tell us himself.. very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone with children.

I went for my 3 month checkup and they had 3 of us scheduled for the same time. About 20 mins after my time the medical assistant checked the vitals and said the doctor would be in shortly. 30 mins later the assistant came in to get an IV stand. I questioned him about the delay he was arrogant and said the doctor was with other patients. Another 30 mins past and I walked out only to find that they forgot I was there. They neglected to inform me that my primary doctor was out of town. Total lack of professionalism and communication. Not recommended.

I absolutely love this place, the staff is all very friendly and kind. the doctors take their time to talk to you and explain anything you may have questions on. you literally are in and out without feeling rushed. no long waiting. and I Absolutely love Christine! she went above and beyond for me when I needed some labs back ASAP and sent to my surgeon i was in their office at 5pm and the labs in and faxed the very next day, shes also very kind and professional. will definitely continue to go here for all my medical needs

I just want to say how thankful i am of the staff and doctor at this facility. I went there last year around covid time and they were very helpful to my medical care. The doctor explained to me all the treatments and medications i needed to get better. I was put on IV fluids before leaving (it was optional) and i left feeling a lot better that evening. It was hard to find a place that would take me in due to having “covid like symptoms” even after explaining to them that i had been sick for a few days and my covid test i got a different facility was negative. I understand every place has different protocols that’s why I’m thankful that physicians immediate care was able to help me when other places were turning me away. The front desk are very kind and worked fast to get me in last minute. They doctor and his assistant were great and caring! I highly recommend this place for any immediate healthcare needs.

Got the bill for a test I got done here before I got my results. Called multiple times for COVID results. Results were delayed. Stopped calling office after 2 weeks of calling consistently. Never heard back regarding my results.

My boyfriend and I went in to have a check up on his recent surgery he had on his foot and showed our proof of our insurance and everything and the doctor came out and my boyfriend spoke to him and the doctor totally ignored him and didn’t even make any communication.I find that very unprofessional and rude.He went back into the back and the nurse came and said that the doctor wouldn’t be able to see him and would prefer him to see his primary care doctor.This is very unprofessional for them to refuse service and is illegal.We will be making a law suit on this!!I do not recommend this place because they don’t care.

This place is a joke been waiting over over just to been seen by a doctor. And that’s cause I already had a appointment 5 pm . Doctors are nice and friendly, but the wait time is extremely bad especially having a appointment.

The doctors are great. But the lady in the front desk seems to be bother every time I go. Some how she forgets to put my name down. Twice this happen. I’m waiting all these other patients arriving after me, are being seen before me. I don’t know if it’s just me or this happens with other patients too.

If you are or have been in a car accident DO NOT DARE to go to this place. It is not a clinic for that! Yesterday, I visited them for the first and LAST time. As soon as, I said, we were in a car accident (which it was my first car accident so I didn’t know exactly where to go) they immediately took us to the back to speak with an old man who claims to be a doctor (he was not wearing his mask). He immediately, started telling us that they work with a Firm and that he can help us to get the most money out of the insurance. I replied, that I was there to see a doctor not for a lawyers’ advice, he kept going on and on for a least 15 minutes. Finally, I had enough and asked for the doctor. He sent us back at the front desk to fill out some papers, then after 40 minutes finally the called us to see the doctor. Well, when Doctor Mohammed Alzein finally came to see us, he immediately started explaining that we didn’t have to worry about any cost because the insurance will take of it. He explained the details about how my car insurance would cover the cost, so I interrupted him and I said I am here because of my back pain not for a lawyer’s consultation on how much money I can get from my insurance. Without any examination he offered me to have an IV for the pain and I declined so his solution was to prescribe medicine for pain, but the best part of his work was when he took us back with the old man in the back to sign the papers for representation EVEN THOUGH WE KEPT SAYING WE DON’T WANT TO PROCEED, so his last words were you are a foolish for not claiming what is yours.So, we paid for a visit to the doctor to get a lawyer’s advice….. if you go there… don’t say I didn’t warn you.

My Mom was very sick with Strep Throat. We were very scared because of covid 19. The Dr and staff were very kind and caring. My Mom is felling healthy again. 😊 thank you so much 😊

Horrible experience. Waited 40 minutes for a covid test until they figured out they had the wrong name. Then after inquiring about the issue the nurse (his name was Wael) jammed the nasal swab in her nose incredibly aggressively without going through procedures or what was going to happen. After 5 covid tests this was clearly not normal procedure. Completely unprofessional experience. For what should have been a 20 minute appt took well over an hour.

I recently had Influenza B, Strep throat and a double ear infection. Advanced Urgent Care doctors and staff were absolutely amazing throughout all of my care and needs! I will forever be a patient! Thank you for getting me better and on the mend no matter how many times I came in for treatment!

This place is horrible. I went for a covid test 10 days ago, waited 3 hours to get tested, they printed out my lab sticker which they put on your test with the wrong address even after they took the information off my drivers licesnse, and they still have not recieved my results. 10 DAYS!!!! they said i would have my results in 2 to 3 businesses days, 10 DAYS LATER STILL NO RESULTS! Dont waste your time on a clinic. They are so incompetent that they cannot even get you your address right or test results in a timely manner. Joke of a clinic.

My 3 year old son came down with a fever and was vomiting. My regular doctors office was closed and I spoke to a nurse and said to either bring him to an urgent care or to the hospital. I did not want to sit and wait in an ER with a sick toddler! I went to Advanced Urgent Care because its only 6 blocks from me. They were amazing! He was seen right away and was given a chest xray. He had very early stages of viral pneumonia! We were in and out in under 2 hours! Given a prescription which I picked up down the street. We were treated very well and the doctor was so sweet to him. He wasnt scared either. Ill definitely come back should we need any immediate attention regarding our health!

The care givers here are wonderful. Very helpful. Gave us their full attention. Answered all of our questions. Love that its so close, we didnt have to wait very long, only about 10 minutes. Its especially wonderful that its open on Sunday. Glad to have these people in the neighborhood!

I actually really like this place. I have had to take my daughter here about 3x in the last 2 yrs and she always receives great treatment. Of course the visits are never for life treathening issues, but for her illnesses and injuries she was attended very well. I also like the doctors and staff, always friendly and professional. Plus the place is very up to date and clean, And I have never had to wait for long 🙏🏼.

I am from out of town and came down with a very bad stomach flu while visiting family in Chicago. I phoned first and was greeted by a very nice front desk agent who invited into the clinic on a walk-in. Upon arriving, I checked into the clinic, settled insurance co-pay, and was seen and carefully assessed by the doctor promptly. He was very knowledgeable in his diagnosis and treatment plan for me. I am very grateful. The clinic is very clean and the staff is extremely professional and calm.

I have been seen by NP Heidi Beckstrom at Advanced Urgent Care twice in the past couple of weeks for anxiety symptoms. I was able to be seen right away without waiting and the staff was friendly and professional. NP Beckstorm is absolutely fantastic. She is very professional, personal, and thorough. She really cares about your well being, takes her time, and has a holistic approach to medicine. I feel much better already. I highly recommend Advanced Urgent Care.

Dr. Mohammed Alzein is simply phenomenal, my 4year old daughter wasn’t feeling well and the doc knew exactly what was wrong. With his expertise and knowledge, he diagnosed the issue and as 1-2-3, my princess was herself again. Thanks a million Dr. Alzein! from Kayla

I was very satisfied with my experience at Advanced Urgent Care. I was helped right away and I did not have to wait a long time to see a doctor. They were very thorough and had the latest equipment. The place was very nice and most importantly clean. I highly recommend this place!

My experience at this location is rather jaded since I came in on a Sunday last October. I have been to other Urgent Care facilities as recent as yesterday and I have to say that nothing compares to this location and the help and care provided. I was amazed at the time they took to see me and the amount of attention I received for my problem. I would highly recommend that you go out of your way to visit this location. I did because I was coming from another location nearby. Thank goodness Google steered me here. The only reason why I did not go here yesterday is that I could not find the address. I have it locked it now. This is a really good place to visit. Great staff and care.

May be the worst people to work with as far as billing goes. Got bills from almost 3 years ago. They say they are just that far behind. Sounds more like mismanagement to me.UPDATE: Still receiving bills from years prior. I think there may be some financial fraud going on or something because I verified what I owed, payed it, and still get bills. Either a scam or they are really messed up. If you go to this place, pay the day you are there and make sure you get a receipt you payed and for how much. Dont forget to keep it for years to come also since you will get billed several years later.

I normally take my daughter here for basic health needs like ear infections or colds. However, today I visited them for a waxed ear that needed to get cleaned out. The doctor and his assistant were the most incompetent people I’ve dealt with. My ear was worse than before I went to see them. They didn’t know the process needed in order to remove stuffed wax inside the ear. Unless you need medication for a cold or fever, I wouldn’t recommend this place. They need to go back to school. This review applies to the staff that was there today Sep. 6th in the evening. Fired!

My experience with this urgent care was great. I was taken in almost immediately and did not have to wait nearly as long as in the emergency room. The service was superb and the staff was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I would highly recommended this place to any one needing medical attention.

This place is a total rip-off and only interested in the money. I came here because I was super dizzy, lightheaded, and nauseous. When I came in, they said they didnt take HMO insurance and only accepted PPO so if I wanted to be seen, then I would have to pay the $125 visit fee out of pocket. I was feeling so sick that I agreed to be seen in hopes of getting some answers and/or medication. After the Doctor saw me, he said I was experiencing symptoms of having fluid in the middle ear and that was what was making me dizzy. He said he would send me home with some oral medication, but said that before I left I needed IV because I was supposedly dehydrated which would cost me $150 and blood work which would cost me $100 on top of the visit fee. When I told the doctor that I would just follow up with my primary doctor for the IV and blood work so that my insurance would cover it and that I would just take the prescription for the dizziness, he refused to give it to me claiming that if I didnt get the IV and blood work done there, he couldnt give me the medication, specifically saying, Its all or nothing. He then said, Hope you feel better and walked out. So I had to pay $125 for nothing.

Took my son late one day and received a diagnosis and told to take him to an ER as he would need IV and the process would be more than 2 hours. We rushed to take him to the ER and after a few tests and just a typical examination, they determined the diagnosis we received at Advanced Urgent Care was very wrong and he did not need IV for treatment.

Bought my son in a few months back, they were very thorough and professional. Didnt have to wait to be seen either

My experience with Advanced Urgent Care was very good. I did not have to wait in a waiting room for hours like in a traditional ER. Also, the staff was extremely helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place.

Went in today with a severe mind numbing headache that I have had for the 4 days in a row now and as the male nurse walks out he laughs it up with one of the doctors. I’m glad my pain could humor you guys. One word of advice though. If you’re going to laugh or make fun of your patients don’t say anything right in front of their room. You can hear everything with those paper walls :)

I feel like they dont really care about their patients. Doctor lied to me about about the medication, luckily I always ask the pharmacist questions. Called the doctor to talk to her about this and staff mention she would call me back. Never did. Called a second time and they just insist on me coming in for an appointment but Im not going to let my insurance pay someone that just gave me wrong information.

This location was extremely clean, the staff and doctors were absoutely amazing. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who does not want to wait long hours at a hospital.

Best experience with Dr Kasmi. The staff at the location on 63rd were fantastic from the receptionist to the medical assistant. I highly recommend them. They even have nebulizer treatment.I felt better just by the way they treated me

I had a great experience at this urgent care. the expenses are much less than a visit to the e.r. and there was a minimal wait. the staff was very friendly and I recommend this urgent care to everyone.

After being misdiagnosed and mistreated by my regular doctor, I went to Advanced and the doctors actually dug deaper into my symptoms to find the root of the cause instead of treating the symptoms. I am incredibly appreciative. I will be back and I will refer anyone I can.

Came with my boyfriend to get tested for strep since he had symptoms and it was going around my family. Came in and he tested positive. Then the doctor suggested he do some injections when I asked of what he said just if steroids and antionitotics. My boyfriend being the laid back guy he is just let them give it to him. He was given three iv bags of injections but it took the guy 30 mins to start the IV and poked him more than three times. He may have been nervous but not an excuse if this is your job you should be more than comfortable doing so. On his way out he tripped on the IV pole almost sending it across the room. If the room was big enough the IV would have ripped out of his arm. To top it all off I know we are going to receive an outstanding bill since he used three iv bags of injections we didnt need. All he needed was antibiotics like any other doctor would prescribe. Will never be returning

I came to this clinic with my 9 year son with fever because is suppose to be a fast service and a found 2 people a head of me other 2 people come after me every body pass first I asked the lady why this person pass first she said because they have an appointment is unpredictable to be sick and that’s why you going to this clinics urgent care what’s the point to pay highly prices if they going to make you way like any other clinic and they don’t care if you have a kid with des abilities they will give you a poor Sevice 😕

I just found this place and am very happy with the treatment I received today. The people at the front desk were very organized and got my data into the computer fast. A few minutes later Amir, the medical assistant took me into the office to be treated. He took my blood pressure and other vital signs and also entered my medications and medical conditions into the computer. Then I was ready for Dr Mohamad Alzein who was SPECTACULAR. I had a difficult task for Dr Alzein and he handled it with ease. He is so kind and so competent. You will be in your comfort zone with Dr Alzein. I was in and out in less than an hour which enabled me to do my shopping as I only had my caregiver for 4 hours. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Unorganized. Waited an hour and a half with only 1 person in front of us. Ended up leaving and going to CVS in Brookfield...in and out with the meds needed in 30 minutes.

Doctor who saw me was very rude, judgemental, and had terrible bedside manner. Wrote a bunch of expensive prescriptions but didnt explain why or what for.

I walked into advanced 12/29 for a injury. I waited 90 minutes for the receptionist to tell me they didnt take my insurance. I could have spent this time seeing a dr. at another facility. The receptionist did apologize.

They wont take HMO so dont waste your time made me go up there for nothing I told them I had HMO over phone when she asked and told me oh yeah come in
