Dr. Aadam and his GI specialist nurse clinician Linda Feldman were fantastic to work with + truly exceptional & inspirational. After getting referred to Dr. Aadam as a specialist GI interventionist from my standard GI doctor when I had more serious colon-related issues, I was extremely happy and satisfied with the communication of the process, clarity on what to expect before/after, prep work, and most importantly the outcome where Dr. Aadam and his staff performed extremely well with a complicated procedure. We are lucky in Chicago to have a research hospital @ Northwestern Medical Center with Dr. Aadam and his staff. I enthusiastically endorse and recommend Dr. Aadam.

My 89 year old mother died within a month of being treated by this doctor. She developed an infection and died of sepsis. Dr. Adam came to see her in the hospital on the 9th day before I brought her home on Hospice care. He showed no compassion or empathy. He just reminded me that her condition was treatable and failure of the procedure did not happen at this hospital. So sad.

He damaged my wifes speen during a procedure to insert stents in the bile duct and to perform a liver biopsy. He somehow lacerated her speen which is on the opposite side.The cost to my wife was staggering - four emergency room visits, which is another story completely, splenic surgery, life threatening low sodium, an extremely serious CMV infection which is still being treated 5 months after the procedure and the after effects that resulted.His negligence cost us a considerable amount of time, anguish and money. The hospital corrected the problem, but their insensitivity to one of their doctors failure was and is extremely annoying, particularly when considering she had a liver transplant only 10 months previously.
