Would be nice if they actually answered their phone instead of picking up and hanging up immediately... What kind of medical group does that stuff?

There HORRIBLE, they will send your medicine prescription to the wrong pharmacy, and get mad when, or if you say something about it, cancel your appointment, then deny doing it, and blame you for it, staff rude, and unprofessional, the one grade is generous.
