Very thorough and knowledgeable! I recently moved out of state but will continue to travel back for my appointments with Dr. Pitts because of the great experience I have had.

My experience with Dr. Thomas L. Pitts was a great one. I was with Dr. Pitts for 20 years. I just decided to come from downtown area. The care was worth the travel.

I have been going to Dr. Pitts for over 15 years. He is one of the most detailed doctors that I know. 15 years ago I started going to him because I was diagnosed by another doctor with hyperthyroidism, and that doctor wanted to give me a radiation treatment that would put me on medication for life. My Mom also having a thyroid condition was a patient of Dr. Pitts. He took good care of her and he took very good care of me. Put me on a medication that helped lower my thyroid levels and now I am on no meds at all. Thyroid is working as normal. I am very pleased to have him as my doctor. And his office staff is always very helpful and willing to work with you. They have been with him for years.

Absolutely the most knowledge Doctor I’ve ever had. He is very concerned and does an excellent job of delivering proper care. I’ve been a patient for over 20 years.

My first visit with Dr. Pitts was the most helpful and insightful of all the doctors visits Ive had in recent years. He was attentive to my health concerns and gave me the confidence that my decision to see him was the correct choice.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The office staff is incompetent. I received multiple letters from the insurance company that the office staff had not responded re: labs. It took them 4 months to get me access to my EHR, because they misspelled my last name. They also never called or sent a letter with lab results from November, which apparently were bad, and I was hospitalized 6 weeks later. Too bad no one here cares about patients.
