I love Dr. Ionescu! I have been her patient since 2009 when I was referred to her by my primary care Doctor. She is kind, considerate and funny! She makes me laugh and I appreciate that. We talk not only about my Thyroid but life, children what we are doing for summer. She is like a best friend you tell your secrets to. I recommend her highly!

My experience with Dr. Madalina Ionescu andmy treatments and her professionalism was great. She took the time to explain cause and effect and why she chose the course of action she did concerning my health. It would be great if more Dr. did that.

So many offices have their staff writing reviews. This doctor like many other endos did nothing for me. Brief visit and when I discussed my weight she told me to eat nuts.

Dr. Ionescu is always amazing. Goes through every faucet of my case and my medical tests. She also like to know whats going on in your life to get a great idea of the all-around person and applies that to her medical and healing of that person. I love the fact that she answers all my questions and doesnt skirt around them. I love this Zoom meeting because I could see her and she could see me and see her expressions and she always has a smile and that makes me feel good. Thank you dr.Ionescu in all this covid drama. My doctors - all of them - are wonderful people and fantastic doctors!

People are very friendly and the waiting time was very short. Dr Ionescu is very thorough and smart and I’m so happy she is managing my thyroid issues.

This is the 4th time in 2 days I have called for trying to get a prescription from Dr. Ionescu. Each time I was put on hold for over 10 min. I finally had to come into the office from 45 min away just to be told to call in the next day. I am now currently on hold 15 min still waiting. Poor customer service. Very sad to see the owner responding only to positive comments but not trying to fix the negative one. As of today, 2-18-21, Ive been waiting 20 min with again, 8 people ahead of me. Getting blood test results and appointments should not take this long.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Listens to her Patients and Answers all questions throughly;I have Type II diabetes and needed fresh direction to control it; was given adjustments to my meds, some suggestions to improve diet and also strengthen my fitness regime.
