Very bad experience!! They practice bait and switch with their pricing. They advertised a flat fee for telemedicine, but billed me a higher amount. When I attempted to have the issue resolved they treated me horribly! I felt their only concern was the profit. This place isn’t very professional and the ethics of their staff are questionable.

I have no idea how they get all this amazing reviews . They bill for more that they did, never answering the calls. This is a complete fraud.

The staff was energetic and amazing. I felt like an actual person and not a number. The facility was clean and welcoming . I was seen as a walk in by an urgent care physician named Arin last week for a finger injury and then scheduled with primary care provider Villarreal for my annual checkup . By the way both providers are very sweet, smart and attentive.

I am very lucky to have found the doctors and facilities at innovative. They’ve been the hands down, period, no question, best medical treatment I’ve received in America. No BS, and you’re a human. With dignity. With speed, and convenience.

Don’t book this doctor through Zocdoc for primary care if you are looking for a primary care office visit. I search for primary care in Zocdoc but when I got there I was told the visit will be an urgent care. Copay differences are big between the two. Patient should know be informed the type of visit before taking off and travel. He is wrongly listed in Zocdoc and waste my time and money. Very bad experience.
