Chris was beyond helpful with my pup Onyx. I rescued Onyx when he was 3 and took him for basic command training at 6 yrs old after he picked up some not so great habits from living with another dog. Eventually, after moving out of that place Onyx became extremely protective of me and a showed more aggression towards strangers. Chris helped me work Onyx through greeting strangers, allowing people into our home, and looking to me for my commands instead of instinctively thinking he is supposed to protect me. Chris gave me realistic tips to use daily and I see progress within Onyx daily as a result. Very pleased!

I got the opportunity for my dog Cubby to work with Jim and, whoo boy, night and day. I grew up with dogs so thought training him would be a cinch. For whatever reason, I just couldnt get positive results. Since working with Jim, hes a new dog and I can finally buy a new rug. :)I very much appreciate you Jim! Keep up the great work!

I have 2-year-old German Shepard and 1-year-old Lab mix. Both dogs used to pull on the leash and react to everything (people, dogs, bunnies). But after the 10-week obedience training, the pulling was reduced significantly. I really enjoy walking with them and am comfortable taking a stroller with me as well.Chris was always on time, flexible, and responsive. She answered all questions I had. After my dogs get better with walking, I’m going back to her for more advanced training.

I sought training in order to help with my dogs aggression towards strangers. My fiance and I were initially worried that this would be some your dog will be perfect overnight bs, but have been pleasantly surprised. During our assessment, Chris was honest and realistic in setting our expectations for improvement and the kind of work we would need to put in outside of lessons. Chris is timely, professional, consistent, and we believe her passion for this work has had a direct influence on our dogs influence.Even after only 5 sessions, our pup has made marked improvement, not only in his behavior towards strangers, but also in his leash and house manners.

When I first went to this website, I thought I was getting top notch training services for my European Doberman. Turns out, this place is all franchise owners, which essentially means anyone can buy the name; so expect zero customer service or support if you are unhappy or have an issue. I got stuck with a trainer named Chris. She lacked experience with my dogs large breed, her training methods were far from even sub par, and she continuously cancelled due to cold weather which set my dog back. Pretty much she robbed me due to her lack of experience, denied me my last two training sessions, told me she is a franchise owner so there is no one to tell on her to (yes, her exact words) and blamed my husband and I for the dog not learning. BEWARE everyone! Would hate to see anyone end up the way we did.

We were charged $3,000 for two dogs. We left our pups in Abrahams care to learn basic and advanced commands for 10 days. We were charged $3,000 but his website advertises $1,500 for two dogs with basic and advanced training. We agreed to the additional money as our expectations were very high, I made a point of being clear about this, and he agreed to do the advanced training and additional training addressing concerns of ours. While Abraham claims the dogs learned all commands at his doggy boot camp he is lying. When we picked them up neither dog would perform basic commands including sit, stay, or come for him individually and they ignored the trainer completely when the dogs were together. He advised this was just the excitement of seeing us after 10 days. He agreed to come to the house to show us they had learned all commands in two days. Two days later it was obvious when he showed up they had not learned the commands. After 20-30 minutes he left us instructions on how to work with the dogs and teach them the basic commands. We did work the dogs and when he came back again they were barely better. I suggested he take the dogs back to his doggy boot camp and make it right and he refused. He came by one more time and the dogs would not sit for us, after WE had worked with them for two weeks. We expressed our frustration that they did not follow any obedience training when together and this was the main reason we hired him. He promised to keep coming for the next year to make sure they were trained. He did not show for the next two weeks and cancelled both appointments we set and ignored my request for the third appointment three weeks later. WHY AM I DOING THE TRAINING after giving him $3,000. He is a con artist. He is disgraceful. Dont get hustled.

I’m so happy I decided to go with Chris. When I met Chris, my German Shepherd was only 4 months old and a terror. First and probably the most important, she was mindful of my chaotic schedule. She was flexible with her time which was a big plus for me. We went with the 10-week lesson plan, which in my opinion is the best option for a puppy. Chris was very patient and professional. She gave me her undivided time She taught me some very helpful techniques to help train my pup. She also recommended some products to help with my dog. She incorporated stuff I already have in my home which was nice. Thanks to her teachings, I look forward to walking my dog. The pulling has decreased drastically. She also showed me some techniques to help keep my pup calm, when the doorbell rings. I would highly recommend her. She teaches you the techniques that work help train and form a strong bond with your pup.

Working with Chris was amazing, she was very patient with our puppy and us. Our puppy did not do very well on walks with constantly pulling, getting overly excited with other dogs/people, and whining. She showed us what leashes were better for him and how to handle and correct him in those high intense moments. We worked with her for 10 weeks which I would highly recommend instead of the half package. We will continue to consistently work with our pup and look forward to doing more training once he’s older. Thank you Chris!

Kathy Moon - 24 August 2020Excellent trainerOn our first session with Chris she asked me to tell her what my goals were for the training. She met my girl an 8 year old Alaskan Husky just arrived from an Iditarod Kennel in Alaska with very little leash training. My primary goal was to walk her calmly and safely for her and me. The three of us became a team through demonstration, repetition, and Chris’s expert instruction. I have some physical limitations and these where incorporated into the training with Chris always finding other methods to accommodate them and accomplish our goals. We also are learning sit, come, stay and down. I really liked how Chris stressed the team work, the more we practiced the better my dog performed. If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommended ChrisReview

Chris was great helping me work with my puppy, Tessa. She offered great tips for discouraging unwanted behavior and I would never had known about the K9 Bridle without her recommendation. That alone has made our walks more enjoyable. I get many compliments on our walks as to Tessas behavior. Chris was also accomodating when I needed to reschedule several sessions. Tessa and I are going to keep working on our manners using the strategies and techniques Chris provided.

It was a pleasure to work with Chris. She was flexible and timely with our appointments. We wore masks and kept a distance when possible while training for Covid safety. Our dog Bella was constantly pulling while on the leash. Chris helped our whole family in getting on the same page with how to handle and train Bella. She has come a long way in just 5 lessons. We are happy with the results and will continue to use the training that she has given us. I would recommend Chris to others.

I am very happy with my training with Chris. She is very strict with her rules and my dog made great progress. Although it does take a lot of practicing at home between trainings, overall Chris shared with me some great training strategies. Also I have to mention that even though we had our 10 sessions during the coronavirus pandemic so we couldn’t practice anything in doors, we got the most out of it and I didn’t feel limited that we were only outdoors. Everything worked out great. We got jumping completely under control, leash walking and chasing squirrels.

Chris helped us out beautifully. Our guy is a stubborn young buck that has made excellent progress and continues to do so. We have a big family (5 kids) that have learned how to handle a dog properly as well. The experience has been wonderful. Thank you again Chris.

We have two dogs that had very little training. Chris (trainer) was very knowledgeable. We noticed results after the first session. After the second session both dogs were were already walking nicely on a leash. At the end of our five sessions both dogs were like new! Also, ignore the negative reviews. The reviews say He in reference to the trainer/owner (chris), but Chris isnt even a man, shes a she. Clearly who ever wrote them never even met her. If anything, she was more than accomodating considering I canceled or changed the times on every appointment due to my unpredictable work schedule.

Chris is an amazing trainer! Both I and my dog learned so much through her obedience training. I started training my Australian Shepherd with Chris at around 7 months, and she was wild and a nightmare when guests would come over. She has since made walking on leash an enjoyable experience, help me regain my personal space as my Aussie has been very possessive of me with other guests and our other dogs, and overall increased Zoey’s focus and impulse control. She even helped us with our other dog, who struggled with leash walking, find a good leash solution so we could walk him without him pulling so aggressively. I’m so happy with the results, everyone who comes over says our Aussie is so well behaved and like a new dog. You can tell Chris just loves dog and has a genuine understanding of the way they process the world. Whenever she would take the leash it would be about a min and our dog would instantly understand what she was being asked of. I can’t recommend Chris and Always Faithful Dog Training enough! They make dog training so easy by coming to you and having a reasonably flexible schedule.

Chris was fantastic! Her connection with Reese was instant. With Chris’ expertise in training, my family and I were able to establish a loving trust. Reese is obedient and silly when she needs to be! Chris showed us techniques on how to gracefully walk with Reese and suggested the perfect leash/collars to assist us. Highly recommended!
