My pup loves coming here. He pulls on his leash and howls at the door when we arrive. They have an app that updates you throughout the day with pictures, potty times, training and they take the dogs on walks daily.

We have been sending our dog, Wilson, to Aeslin for almost a year now. He absolutely loves it and so do we! The staff is incredibly caring and have built a bond with our dog. He is generally attached to us, but he runs into their arms when we drop him off. We recommend Aeslin to everybody!

The staff at the West Town location were great to work with, and very understanding of my dogs idiosyncrasies. Its clear that everyone there is passionate about the work.As this review is during the COVID-19 outbreak, I also should add that they are being very careful and I felt totally comfortable with the safety precautions. Very much appreciated.I do wish that online booking were easier for existing customers (who should email in, vs use the website to request services). Overall this isnt a huge pain, but I forgot that and ended up requesting as though I werent already in the system

Our rescue has been part of noble square for the past 3 years. Hes a high energy, black lab/retriever mix that has thrived in the structure of Aeslin! We cant say enough amazing things about Leah and her staff. They are undoubtedly the best in the business.

We love this place and feel very comfortable bringing our dog here. The staff is super friendly, and get to know your dog well. Emails and questions are answered in a timely manner. When he is there, we receive updates about him. The app used allows you to see and like pictures of him for that day, when and how much they ate, when they used the bathroom and what skills they worked on. We do our best to practice those skills at home and now he knows some new skills! I’ve tried other dog daycares and they are good, but Aeslin’s is the best choice for us.

Aeslin knows my dog Joey by name and treat him like family. I would highly reccomend sending your pup here for daycare. They have an awesome app where they update dog parents through the day and even send pictures. We love them.

Our pup loves Aeslin and so do we. She gets to play all day and comes home nice and tuckered out. She has a lot of energy so the fact that she gets to play with other dogs is huge for her. The folks at Aeslin are incredibly nice and take great care of our pup. Now that they ha e boarding we know that she is well taken care of when we need to go out of town too. Thanks!

Me and my dog Jeets absolutely love Aeslin! Friendly staff who care about each and every dog they are watching. They send photos and updates throughout the day and even teach behavioral traits. Also overnight boarding available now - but not your typical stick your pup in a cage....just the opposite - full daycare and socialization so your dogs do not get lonely while youre away. I couldnt praise these facilities more and both me and my dog couldnt be happier with their amazing services.

Aeslin is amazing. When I say the word daycare to my dog he jumps up and down and barks until we’re out the door. Hoping the noble sq location gets another groomer soon bc it was the only groomer my dog was happy to go to.

Poor customer service by owner Leah, read her comment(s) to me in the photographs attached(my comment is in blue and see my email to Aeslin staff- I was not rude ever).I utilized Aeslins location in Ukrainian Village for a very short period of time; #1. location was too far from my home #2. Facility appeared very small, no tour offered which is VERY unusual (as Ive utilized daycares in various states- always offer furparents a tour).Fast forward a month and Leah emailed customers informing of a new location in Bucktown, and way closer to my home. I immediately said I was interested and would bring my pup on day one.Unfortunately Leahs new facility was not 100% ready for customers; no sign, no banner, no address on the door,windows covered..all I saw was construction men coming and going.So I left because I was uncertain if the facility was actually ready for use. Would you leave your $3,000 4 month old puppy, which you drove 8 hours to pick up, at an unmarked building with no staff in sight?? NOPEI was never abusive towards staff (see my message in the photo), I simply didnt feel comfortable with the situation.Leah should have stated in her invite to the new facility we are not 100% ready, please excuse our dust and look for XYZ to enter the building .,.its not that difficult. You may have the money to buy doggy daycare facilities but you cant buy class.TIP: spend less time pressuring your staff to bully customers into making daycare reservations DAYS in advance and less time writing short fictional stories on Google. Spend more time working with your MD on solutions to those nasty menopausal hormones you’re experiencing.
