I was blown away by the thorough and careful skin examination that Dr. Robinson provided, along with not making me feel rushed or like just a number, she inquired about who I was as a person and gave me great suggestions and good news about my skin condition. As if that werent enough, she was kind enough to offer me a tour of the office via Sophie and sent me home with a lovely satin bag filled to the brim with delightful samples. I was definitely skeptical at first but after implementing her products and skincare routine, my face has completely cleared!!Staff was also very friendly and professional. Felt safe, clean & chic atmosphere. Dr. Robinson and her assist were friendly and cheerful first thing in the morning. The education given was great as well as the samples. It was important to me that I was in and out in the allotted time & I was. My prescription was sent promptly to the pharmacy of my choice. I was sent a link to make a virtual follow up appointment if needed. It was a great experience. Thank you!!

My first visit was highly disappointing. It started out with me waiting over an hour to see Dr. Robinson. When she finally came to see me she was very personable. I will say she seemed knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time with me as a patient. However, her treatment plan included $600 worth of skincare (2 serums, moisturizer and spf) and a series of three $300 laser treatments (for a total of $900 worth of treatments). I get it, she banks as a doctor… but healthy skin should not just be for the wealthy!

When I was pregnant, I broke out horribly. After my baby was born this was the ONLY place that was able to see me virtually and get my skin to stop itching! I love this practice. So many other dermatologist I saw were unhelpful. Use Tone! Seriously.

Dr. Robinson and her staff are welcoming, knowledgeable & fun. The Dr. allows you to express your concerns and maps out your treatment based on those concerns & her medical assessment. The office is clean & beautiful. My appointment was on time, and not rushed. Overall, I had a great a experience, Im glad I found her.

Went in for a consultation and possible Botox fillers. Before allowing me to alter my face just because I wanted it. The staff took me through a skin scanner and she came in to walk me through 8 photos detailing where my skin was currently and areas I could improved. By far one of the best consults I’ve had in years, both Dr. Caroline and her assistant were professional, helpful, kind, and patient friendly. It felt like I was talking to my girls, they made me feel relaxed and comfortable🥰. Great experience! Dr. Robinson was super thorough, took time to listen to my concerns and took time to go over my current regimen. She made recommendations that were built around my current products and provided me with a treatment plan that worked for me. Loved that she offered me cheaper alternatives where appropriate. She took time to make sure I understood the plan going forward and left plenty of time for questions. And her office space is beautiful! Overall, really enjoyed my experience and highly recommend for anyone looking for direction regarding acne and hyperpigmentation concerns.

As a Black American, I take comfort in knowing Dr. Robinson is well informed on the appropriate treatment of melanin skin. I would highly recommend her to any and all individuals looking for a dermatologist takes the time to thoughtfully personalize your care.

So glad to have brought my tween to see Dr. Robinson. We’d long put off treatment based on past experiences, but she came up with new, innovative options that we’re so pleased with. She also has a great disposition, which is key to working with this age range of patients.
