Dr. Michaels and her office are extremely unprofessional. I often take negative reviews with a grain of salt, but all of the negative reviews you see for this office are true and valid. Here are a few examples of the lack of professionalism that I experienced:1. I booked an appointment for 12pm through their online platform. I received a confirmation email and text that my appointment was confirmed by the office. I arrived at the office at 11:45 to find out that they did not have any appointments confirmed for 12pm that day, and that the doctor and her staff were out for a long lunch. The receptionist offered to give me an open slot at 1pm, and I eventually saw the doctor at 2:30pm.2. I was being treated for a skin bacterial infection on my face. The doctor GOOGLEd the name of the bacteria on her iphone in the middle of our appointment in order to know what the bacteria was. She didnt even know what the bacteria was, and did not bother or care to look up what it was and be prepared for my appointment BEFORE the appointment.3. One of the ointments she prescribed me was not covered by insurance. Walgreens pharmacy said they would call the doctors office to request an alternate treatment. After not hearing from Walgreens for over a week, I called the pharmacy to hear that they tried reaching out the the doctor several times and never heard back; she never returned the pharmacists calls to provide an alternate medication. This is extremely dangerous, as my infection continued to spread.Do not go to this office. Go elsewhere, even if you have to wait a few weeks to get an appointment elsewhere, go elsewhere. Waiting is better than putting your trust in this doctor and her office.

I saw Dr Michael since I was concerned about a lesion on my lower lip. Doctor Michael was professional attentive and caring. She was pleasant and had a lovely demeanor and reassured me after removing the lesion. I am very glad I was able to be seen by her and recommend her highly.

Horrible experience. They try to sell you hydro facial at 100 plus a session and dont listen at all . The appts are a month on advance and when you get there you wait an hour or longer to be seen. Whrn seen. Dr Michels doesnt listen to your concerns.

My experience is its all about the money not the wellbeing of a person. I had a mole removed. A mole that was not cancer I had to go to her office to be told it wasnt cancer she couldnt tell me over the phone I was charged 80$ for her to tell me its not cancer .Then I Had To Tell Her Can YOU Look At My Wound SHES LIKE OH Yes I AM Sorry. It costs me over 200$ not included what my insurance picked up almost 400$ seriously.
