I am a long time patient of Dr. Jacks. The staff at Lincoln Park Smiles is always so considerate and kind! There is no dentist in Chicago that does the quality cosmetic work that Dr. Jack does.

Two years ago I had a crown put in a tooth that subsequently needed a root canal. Unfortunately the crown ended up shattering after only two years of use. I rang Dr. Jacks office to see if there was anything they could do. And even though it was Dr. Jacks former colleague that installed my crown, he offered to replace the crown free of charge. On top of that, he squeezed me into his schedule on the same day that my crown fractured so I wouldnt be in discomfort.I really appreciate any organization or professional that stands behind their work and goes above and beyond on the rare occasion when things go awry. Dr. Jack is a rare breed to say the least. And I highly recommend him if youre looking for a dentist with integrity.
