Everyone was really friendly and the facilities were great! Despite it being Covid times, I felt safe with the measures they were taking. Not the biggest fan of the tool they use to clean teeth (since it feels like I’m going to pick up radio waves through my head), but it allows them to work quickly and effectively. Will be returning.

I unfortunately had a very poor experience with Dentologie. I went for a cleaning and to establish care as I was new to the area, and was first taken aback by the interior. While the decor is very fancy with TVs on the walls and ceiling of each booth, the dim lighting is off-putting and the staff was less than friendly. I found it interesting that my dentist did my cleaning, and even more bizarre when I was told I had 6 cavities and several more they wanted to watch, when I had never had a cavity in my life. And was cavity-free six months prior. I was given a laundry list of things that could cause this without real investigation as to exactly what caused it. The delivery of my x-ray results was very accusatory and made me feel like I had been doing something wrong to end up with all these full blown cavities and they were quick to schedule me for two filling appointments and frequent cleanings out of pocket, still with no explanation for this sudden spike in decay.I sought out a second and third opinion on my x-rays, and came to find I have 0 cavities that need fillings. I cancelled all my appointments here and will not be returning.

Aways have a great experience despite that its a dentist appointment. Experienced staff with gentle and effective deep cleanings have me returning timely. Great Dentist got me back on a healthy track and learned along the way. Thanks!

I cannot express how amazing this dentist facility is. I was never one to make dentist visits a priority due to how intimidating it can be sometimes, but boy do they know how to take care of ya! From the receptionists, to the assistants, and dentist Moon are all great to work with. I have had a few visits at the streeterville Chicago location in a time span of two months and that’s more than I can say I have seen a dentist in the course of the last two years. Simply amazing and careful with their work! Highly recommend anyone looking to get any kind of dental work done.

I had three recent experiences with Dentologie Streeterville. Teeth cleaning 5 stars, cavity filling 5 stars and front teeth caps 4 stars. The 5 stars went exceptionaly well. Dr Moons handled the filling and exam. The fillings are in phase 1 and costs were reasonable, set-up very good, work Dr Moon very good. My only issue is the temporary set-up and implementation took very long and when home some of my temps fell off. All is fine and Dr own was willing to get back into replace but no need the primary temps are working very well. I gave them 4 stars due to the long timing and the pieces of the temps coming apart. Overall I would still recommend them and Dr Moon. They are not overly aggressive on repairs and are reasonable on pricing as I mentioned earlier. Overall well done, thank you.

Im not someone who typically leaves a review, but my service from Dentology in Streeterville deserves notice, 5 stars all the way.

If you are into “bougie” aesthetics, staff that are model pretty, and being distracted during your cleaning by one of the many ceiling mounted televisions then please spend your money here by all means. If you actually want good dental work run far far away. I had fillings done here by two separate dentists and once the mouth numbness wore off I was left with janky, sharp fillings, and a bite that was not quite the same. Fast forward a year later and all fillings done here have chipped/broken, and even caused issues on one of the neighboring molars due to how the filling was placed (essentially connected two teeth together, making it easier for food to sit despite daily flossing) so now I’m looking forward to a future crown and more dental work to fix their mistakes. No idea how this place has decent reviews as I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience, so I’m assuming its the organic floss and upscale beverage assortment that has something to do with it.

I love coming to Dentologie. My dentist Dr. Kiehl is so amazing. Assistants Alan and Edwin are wonderful as well. Casi and Carlos at front desk are professional and great to deal with. All of them are kind, compassionate, and easy going.

I highly recommend Dentologie! I’ve been going to this location for a few years and have always had a great experience. The office is very clean and modern. They’re now taking extra steps to make you feel safe/comfortable during Covid-19 with temp checks, questionnaires and sanitizing.The front desk staff is always very friendly and helpful. They were booked out a few weeks but sent me a text offering a sooner dental cleaning appointment, which was great! Yesterday I had my cleaning with Kelsey the dental hygienist and Dr. Nora. They were both so sweet and did a fantastic job! We all chatted after my appointment about shopping. Is that weird to say I had a great time at the dentist? 😂 Go see Kelsey and Dr. Nora!

Dentologie Streeterville was absolutely wonderful. I have high anxiety about all the things that could possibly go wrong (all very unlikely to happen) and each staff I came into contact with was very understanding and accommodating. I also have TMJ and was worried I would be very sore after, however Dr Keels and nurse Aviva didn’t let that happen. Everyone was truly above and beyond what I could have hoped for. Great first few experiences at Dentologie! The staff is so friendly and really takes the time to get to know you as a new patient. I had the pleasure of having Dr Patel as my dentist and Allie as my hygienist. They were both so thorough and explained each step to me so I knew what was going on. They have TVs on the wall in front of you and on the ceiling if you are leaning back getting some work done. Definitely helps the time go by faster. Would highly recommend!

I love this place and would normally rate it with 5 stars, but now at the peak of covid here in Chicago they said they were taking “precautions” and working with “half the staff”, but when I arrived it was full of people waiting in the lobby. I had to wait outside, because there was no space for another person there. Wasn’t expecting this, as I waited 2 months since I made the appointment because “there would be almost no one at that date that time” they said (I’m pregnant so wanted to take extra precautions). People very nice and professional as always though..

I’m so happy to have found Dr. Nora at Dentologie. She’s always happy, takes her time, is very gentle and does beautiful work. Absolutely no complaints. I think this office schedules more then enough time for patients, which is appreciated. Ewa is a lovely dental assistant. She is very kind and gentle. Love the vibe of the whole place.

I received an overly-friendly message from someone in billing regarding an invoice I had already paid. What is most aggravating is that I had confirmed the price several times, and had gone above and beyond to confirm price and when payment would be due (when the molds were taken or when the night guard was picked up?). Either this office is disorganized or they have some sickening sales tactics.

Hi there , I had an cleaning appointment at Dentologie today , Sarah was my hygienist. My first acquaintance with her was very pleasant, warming and made me feel very comfortable. Durning the cleaning process I did not feel any discomfort or pain she was very gentle and always reassured me what she was doing next . Sarah was also very informative regarding my current issues and How I Can’ start fixing the problem and further out. I highly recommend Sarah as your next hygienist she was so sweet and very pleasant and I can’t wait to have her again for my next cleaning. I had some fun getting my cleaning done chatting with Sarah the whole process😁

I always rave about Dentologie and have referred friends and coworkers here as well. I have never been to such a beautiful, well kept dentist office! It’s very welcoming and enjoyable (yes I said being at the dentist is enjoyable)! The staff is incredible. You’re greeted with a smile from the moment you check in, then on to the fun and wonderful conversations with the hygienists followed by a check up with very skilled and kind doctors. I go regularly for cleanings but also have had some procedures done and they are on time, quick and painless. If you want a place where you feel welcome, they are updated with the latest instruments and a friendly, smiling and genuine staff - this is your place!

Dentologie is unlike any other dentist I’ve visited before. The staff are all warm and welcoming from start to finish. My hygienist was extremely knowledgeable, and continually checked in to see how I was doing. This was the first time I’ve had a hygienist explain what she was doing, and why she was doing it.The facilities are immaculate, and the TVs on the ceiling are a nice touch! Nothing like catching up on some HGTV while getting your teeth cleaned. Highly recommend!

Cheryl my RDH is absolutely amazing. She makes me feel great every time I come in. When I moved to Chicago, I didn’t put a priority on finding a new dentist (I had been going to my old dentist since childhood, I kid you not). When I finally did, I was so relieved to find them. I was set up on their in house dental plan which is so affordable and met Cheryl. She is so positive and I look forward to coming each time.

I have had a great experience with Cheryl for my regular cleanings. I would completely recommend to friends and family. She is so kind and truly cares about her patients. She is also really professional, detail-oriented, patient, and thorough. I’ve moved neighborhoods, but continue to make the treck to Cheryl for my teeth cleaning —worth it!

Great and speedy service, also affordable. Everyone is super nice and professional. Appointments are always running on time. The lobby has snacks (sometimes donuts), coffee and sparkling water to take home with you after your cleaning.

Had an appointment. They called me 15 minutes before and said they had to cancel because their system went down and that someone would call me the next day to reschedule. No call. I called and left message 3 days ago. Still no call back. It’s just unprofessional. Nobody is that busy where you can’t call a patient back. Too bad because I liked Dentalogie.

I had bad experience with this place, had 2 fillings done, 6 moth after I went to a different place to redo the same filling as they werent good .They also try to sell me a new crown which my new dentists told me I dont need it, and if that not enough they change the dentist seeing me the first time with another that had totally different recommendation based on the same x-ray.....Which one is right, I tend to believe my new dentist

I had such an amiable experience here. From the patience up front to the doctors and the hygienist in the chair. I felt educated and accomdated throughout my whole process.

These guys are awesome. I had a complicated dental emergency on Dec 23rd. They offered a same day appointment. They worked with me the next day (Christmas) to find an endodontist open and able to see me. When it turned out that the tooth was beyond rescue and had to be extracted, they were able to do it the afternoon of Dec 24th. They even offered to call an Uber to take me from the specialist back to their office. Dr. Moon successfully extracted the tooth with no pain and no complications. On one week follow up, he did a full exam and was very honest that my teeth looked healthy and no work was necessary. Their waiting area is never full b/c everybody gets seen at their appointed time. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor are very friendly.

Dentologie is such a great practice! I just finished up Invisalign, and I’m really happy with my results. I honestly really enjoy going to the dentist (is that weird?) and feel a lot more motivated to floss every day. I was worried that I would have to stop going to Dentologie when I lose my dental insurance this fall, but they even have a really affordable program that covers two cleanings/exams a year, and provides a discount on other services. I’m so happy that I can sign up for that and keep going to see Cheryl and Dr. Fakhoury!

Why? 1st, When you arrive you’ll feel like you are visiting a spa and not a dentist office. 2nd, you’ll be taken back to a chair at your appointment time not 30 minutes later. 3rd, the staff is beyond friendly and genuine friendly, not that I’m trying to up-sell you friendly. 4th, when you leave they provide you with printed documents of what any additional work will cost. I LOVE Dentologie and now that I’ve started going there I would never consider going anywhere else.

Dentologie is the best! I got Invisalign through them and continued to use them as my primary dentist since. Dr. Farid and hygienists, especially Sarah, are extremely friendly and easy to talk to! The environment is welcoming, the staff is always kind and never make you feel rushed. I don’t mind having to go to the dentist now that I started going to Dentologie!

Ask for Sarah. She’s super awesome about not judging you when you inevitably have to confess that you haven’t flossed since the last visit. Let’s be honest, that’s normally the worst part.

I would like to share my experience with Dentology. I went to this clinic with my mom. She needed to put the popped out crown back on her implant. Before I start I want to say all the reception people and our assistant were very nice and accommodating. However this review is about the doctor - owner of this clinic. The crown that needed to be put back has been on for 7 years - it has some build up and dirt (obviously if you wear it 7 years in your mouth). Doctor took the crown and without cleaning/disinfecting it - just put back the crown. Just like that without giving a heads up in 1 minute (we thought he would just try first, clean the crown and then put back). When we asked our doctor that he should have cleaned it before putting the crown on implant - he just started laughing at our face saying everything is fine. With that of course my mom got very upset - instead of trying to find a solution he said the only way to go about this is to completely destroy the crown and make the new one. REALLY? - Spend almost $2200 more because of someones mistake? He also said that he is the owner of clinic and he doesnt like that we raise our complaints in the clinic. Well, probably you should have been serous about it rather laughing at our faces and acting like nothing serious happened.With all respect to the clinic they didnt charged us anything, but the whole point is not about money. the cost of it would be minor 100-200. The point is about lack of experience and professionalism of this clinic. With such an easy task as a crown placement they clearly did a very very poor job. Unfortunately. Hope my review will be helpful for those who is looking for reviews about Dentologie.

Absolutely the best dental practice I have ever been to. The client on-boarding / registration process is automated, easy, and you complete the form long before you arrive - saving so much time. Service from beginning to end including setting up follow up and nexts appointments is seamless and easy. The exam rooms are super clean and modern. They have tv’s kn the ceiling that make procedures more enjoyable - no more awkward conversations with a hygienist that has both hands in your mouth.

I recently had a root canal and 2 crowns done back to back at Dentologie. I had put off the procedure for years because I was nervous about the root canal and the pain associated with it. After getting my tooth cleaning and meeting with the Doctor I finally decided to move forward with the procedures and I am so glad I did! Every experience has been extremely positive. The doctor made me feel at ease the entire time! I cant say enough nice things about Dr. Farid and the staff here.

BEWARE! They tried to scam me! Said I needed a crown and had a cavity, but it seemed sketchy so I got a second opinion. The tooth has no cavity and doesn’t need a crown. Money hungry and unethical. Do not go here and waste money on painful and unnecessary procedures. I will be reporting them to the appropriate agencies!

My first few cleanings went beautifully. At a later visit I was told that I had four cavities that needed to be addressed, which surprised me since being in my forties, I had never had a cavity.Since I am in the medical profession and always double check things, I sought an opinion from my old dentist who is very experienced and whom I fully trust. He examined my teeth and found no cavities.The work that Dentologie wanted to perform was likely not only unnecessary but expensive. Perhaps an honest mistake, perhaps not. Needless to say, I am back with my old dentist.
